Encountering someone with kuru disease

Did I get inspired because I saw this in a DayZ clip? Yes.

Kuru disease only happens if you eat the BRAIN of a person due to prions.

Coach:

'What the actual fuck' was his only thought as you two stood there, holding guns, watching a man stumble his way over with uncontrollable trembling. You were ready to see the man fall any second as it looked as if his legs were not part of his body. Once in front the man began rambling about wanting to join.

Coach didn't need to know more. This man screamed 'something's wrong here'. Most likely this man has been bitten and is in the process of turning. So he told the person, "Sorry, buddy, no can do." The person tried to argue, making a movement as if about to launch, so two guns were quick in his face causing the man to stumble away, swallowing so hard it looked painful before he ran away, odd sounds like a mixture between whines and laughter.

"Okay, what the fuck was that?"

Rochelle:

Meeting someone sitting on the floor, who she thought was dead due to the unblinking stare as if they have done inhumane acts their brain simply can't process, with hands covered in blood screams to be cautious. The only reason she knows they were alive was due to their mouth moving, as if trying to retaste something or that something is stuck between their teeth.

When you approached she put her hand out, whispering to be careful. But she knows better, she's no white woman in a horror movie who will go inspect while calling out 'hello', second that person began laughing she took your arm and both ran.

Ellis:

"Hey man, you good?" as he saw someone sitting there, dazed, shaking. Ellis got excited to find another survivor! But you took his arm to halt him, telling him that person is weird. Ellis gave you a confused look then argued any sane person would be shaking like this.

All went to shit fast. He approached the person, leaned down, "You good?" The person answered, but it was impossible to understand anything. So Ellis leaned closer, to try and understand, only to jump away as the person lunged out, shouting as if angered making Ellis yell "What the fuck, dude?! Thought we were cool! Zombie?!" BANG!

"No," you lower your gun, "Just an insane person."

Nick:

Nick froze as this restrained giggles came. Both did a slow turn to the side to see a woman sitting on the ground, before a corpse, mouth covered with blood, but still a human.

All Nick could question was: "Why are all women insane?"

He suggested just walking by, so both did. But the laughter stopped, making you both freeze again. Somehow the silence was more terrifying. Looking back showed the person staring right at you, as if you witnessed something you shouldn't have and are now being considered the next snack. Yet they can't even finish their current snack, munching on whatever the odd looking meat in their mouth is like their teeth don't work anymore.

Nick took your arm and both hurried away backwards, never taking eyes off whatever this odd encounter is.
