I'm rewatching GOT and got to that scene where Sansa has to go in the cold river so that's how this scenario came to be.
Coach:
He told you he'll carry you but you will make it to the other side. So you answered, "same to you" making him laugh but it died fast as he realized: 'holy fuck this is for real'. He got in first, holding his hand to you to follow so you grabbed it and both helped each other across, pulling the other when one slowed down, reminding each other to keep moving, to not panic and freeze up.
Once out he told you to remove all your clothes, helping you peel the fabrics off you then tried to shrug his own off. But can't stop so both took the clothes and continued walking.Rochelle:
She held your hand so tight it might hurt more than the water will, hesitating but knowing this needs to happen so both went for it. Your breathe has never come out this odd before. She clutched your hand to her chest, "K-kee-keep a-a s-ste-steady b-breath!". You worried your teeth might break with how they clattered on each other.
Once out, if there is snow near, she was quick to tell you to roll in it, claiming she once did a report about it so she's sure she had to say something about needing to roll in snow, put anything on your head to retain heat, and remove clothes. It seemed silly but it did kinda work.
Ellis:
"We can do this, we can," was all you heard him mutter as you both pushed through the freezing river, arms looped to not lose each other but mainly as support. The hardest focus wasn't to make it across, it was to not go into a panic attack. He tried to crack a joke but gave up on it right away as a massive headache set in.
He got out first, slow and trembling so much he doubted he could keep standing. He pulled you out slowly, muttering, "W-we di-did it, go-good job." He wasn't sure what to do now, he just knows he's freezing so he hugged you close, rubbing your arms and back so you did the same to him, both trying to think of where to go now but unable to discuss it due to clattering teeth, headaches, processing, and all that stuff.
Nick:
He touched it with his hand then jumped up, pointed at it, and said a firm: "No fucking way am I getting in there! I rather be eaten!". So you both argued, which ended when you warned you'll just push him into it as you don't want him to be eaten.
Getting over it was hell. Not for the cold, well that too of course, but mainly his shaky loud complaints. You think he used it as motivation to get through it. Once out he shrugged his jacket off, "N-ne-neve-ver aga-gain!" was all he shouted before storming on, rubbing his arms.
