Chapter 27: All Paths Lead to Conflict

Akagi... She is obviously not the gluttonous, bauxite queen Akagi I know. This foxtail Akagi is different in more ways than one. From what Commander Ao said, Akagi is the one who contacts the Sirens directly and is considered a high priority target within Azur Lane.

But more importantly, why the hell is everything happening at my doorstep?! First, Enterprise and gang, then Nagato-chan, the Ironblood and now, this woman and her entourage! God, stop congregating them here. I just want a peaceful life with my shipgirls.

This Akagi is accompanied by a another fox woman, but in white theme, a small, sword-wielding girl with white hair and a sailor uniform, and three kemomimi girls in equally small sailor uniforms that show their bellies. Two of the small girls, one in white and the other in black, have dog-like ears while the other white one has cat ears.

She looked at the girls who have already started to form up around them, weapons drawn and ready to fire,

"Greetings my fellow Sakura Empire comrades. Well, you are not really from the Sakura Empire but no matter. We share the same unfortunate history and the same namesake ships so that makes us sisters-in-arms. Care to join us?" (RA Akagi)

Akagi let out a sigh,

"Fine. But at the very least, let's clean up these monkeys. I think we can agree on that, right?" (RA Akagi)

For a while now, despite speaking in different languages, Bismarck and Akagi sound as though they understood each other. Don't tell me...
