"His names Corey Becker, he should be here actually" Samatha held tightly onto Richies hand as they walked along the pathway. "Why does he live in the middle of the woods? Isn't this like how people die in horror movies?".

Sam let out a shaky breath as they pushed open the wooden gate. It creaked loudly as they kept walking "I mean he's been nearly killed throughout the years, it makes perfect sense he's out here".

The loud slam of wood cracking made them walk faster. Rain began falling down onto them making them shiver as they stepped down another long pathway. Signs could be seen, "no trespassing, beware of dogs! Okay this place is creepy Sam, why are we here? Why couldn't we have gone to that other guy you mentioned, uh Dewey?".

"Because he wasn't home when we stopped by, so this is the second best option, even if it is a little creepy out here". Sam turned the corner "oh shit!".

The man pointed the gun directly at her face cocking it "you got about three second to say who the hell you are before I shot you in the face".

Sam threw her hands up "woah! Uh please don't shot! We were just looking for Corey Becker. We read online that he lives here".

The man hummed slightly as he pulled his hood downwards "I was wondering when you'd show up, follow me". He turned around and started walking Sam looked at Richie and the boy shrugged his shoulders as they followed after Corey.

The man approached a cabin, pushing open the door "I wasn't expecting company anytime soon, so mind the mess". He placed his gun onto a table before taking his jacket off, Sam looked around the cabin. It was massive and so many things were laying around, photos lined the wall.

She recognized a few people in them, people she's seen on the news when she was little. Corey walked towards the kitchen "you two sit down, I'll get you some water, I already know why you're here".

Sam let out a shaky breath "we were gonna see your friend Dewey, but he wasn't home". Corey let out a light chuckle "that man is never home, it's a good thing I'm here, I've been hiding out here for a couple of days since I nearly died the other night".
