HER pov

I was sitting in first class across from the mini bar flipping pages through a magazine with a mimosa set next to me.

The urge it's taking to not get tipsy on a Tuesday morning... oh but the sun rise looks so beautiful right now.

"Kent Edwards, it's officially official," I softly read aloud through the headlines and saw the man with a beautiful young brunette woman with blue eyes both dressed in white.

I don't think I've seen anyone's eyes look this dull; any other woman on her wedding day would be gushing tears. I sure as hell did...

She's probably after my money and just doing what she can.

I flip through pages of the magazine to get more details but there's nothing much about the wedding, just how-

The odds are exactly what they're called: odd.

"Another refill?" The flight attendant approached me.

"No ma'am, thank you," I took my empty glass and handed it to her with a brief smile.

She was nervous but happy as she took my empty dish and excused herself.

It was shortly after I heard an announcement from the pilot about landing.
