Once Cindy and I went to her doctor's appointment and found out she had lung cancer. We started to freak out and I was messing with my ring. Cindy saw this and she took my hand. Once we left the doctors I had a panic attack.

Christopher, you need to breathe. said Cindy

Breathe, my wife has Lung Cancer. What are we going to tell the children and the boys? I said/asked as Cindy gave me her hands and I took them.

We will tell them, but I dont want to tell Sevy and Dary yet. They have a lot on their plate. said Cindy and I took my hands back and got in our car after I helped her in.

Are you serious, my boys deserve to know too. I said as I was driving

Can we tell them when they arent so stressed out? asked Cindy

They are only like that because you havent been wanting to see them or their families. I said

Christopher, Im not asking you to. Just dont tell them. said Cindy as we got to our house and got out. Once we did I helped her inside and I went out back and sat on the pouch. I then felt someone come up behind me and I flipped them over my shoulder.

No, because you love Cindy and what you are doing is breaking her heart. said Dad

She asked me not to tell my Boys about her Cancer. Nonna told you and my aunts after they found out. Nonno was mad at first but he got over it. I said

I cant. Sevy is having the dream again. He woke up at 2:00 in the morning and he ran to the firehouse. Dad, it is bad and Cindy doesnt even care about my boys. I said

No, you cant ask me to do that. I said and she is still giving me a look.

Once I get to the forest, I sit down by the lake and just think. As I do I play with the knife my Nonno gave me and I think about all the times I had fun with him. I didnt know it was late until Declan and Devan came up to me and sat down on my sides.

Hey Chris, are you okay? asked Declan

She wont let me tell them. She didnt even want me to answer the door. My Baby was crying. I said as my brothers hugged me and I cried into Devans shoulder.

Baby Lion, we got you. Just breathe and follow my heartbeat. said Devan
