Chapter 80.,

Teju's POV:

I am so clueless right now, I don't know why am I angry with him, it's not that it affects me if he is close to someone, but I also felt bad seeing him sit on his lap like that, I am so confused Bappa, please help me.

I was so excited to make it up to him, the entire week was sheer torture for me, even Bhaiyu wouldn't come back before the next week, he was stuck with work and here I am acting all heartbroken, but enough is enough, he can't act all cool and nice with me and go on doing stupid things with others, I will teach him a lesson, what does he think of himself.

She did all the planning and plotting in her little mind and went to have lunch. She decided to take a nap because she was so tired from back-to-back shoots.

It was soon evening and she was still asleep but a phone call disturbed her, she lazily picked up the call to see it was her crazy co-star cum sister Helly's call.

On the call:

Teju: why can't you let me sleep in peace?

Helly: oh shut up and listen to me, we are planning to go for dinner tomorrow since it's the weekend and we have a late call on Monday so.

Teja: we as in?

Helly: well you, me, Namish and Varun, baaki sab were having plans.!

Teja: place and time message Karde na, I am in.

Helly: Yayyy, thank youuuu, bye tejuuuu.

She cut the call even before I could reply and people call me stupid huh?

She woke up lazily and saw it was almost night, she sighed and got up from the bed and went to freshen up. She came into the living room while checking her phone, she was shocked when she saw the TV was on,

Teju: I remember I didn't switch on the tv after coming back home, Then how is it possible,

That's when someone shouted in her ear from behind, she was scared and started to shout and turned to see who it was,

Teju: Oh my god, sunny it's you. Are you mad or what who scares anyone like this?

He chuckled and went to hug her and when she realised he was coming to hug her she moved back and turned her face, he was pissed off, he grabbed her hand and twisted it back and pulled her to his chest, she was shocked seeing him do that, they were too close than her liking, but his cold voice brought shivers to her spine,

Karan: next time don't try to repeat what you did now, never ever turn on your back when were are talking, else you wouldn't like the consequences,

She gritted her teeth, he's crossing his limits now, she pushed him hard and said,

Teju: I am not a toy that you can grab me like this, make sure you don't repeat it too.

He was amused seeing her guts, no wonder she made him feel things that none could do, she didn't let him speak and said,

Teju: and don't you dare try to play me, I am not like those girls of yours who run behind you.

He was confused now, what was she saying,

Karan: what are you even saying.?

Teju: don't act all innocent Karan, I know about you.

He was hurt now, he thought she always knew about him but seems like he misunderstood,

Karan: So this is how you trust me? Don't you know about all those articles, how fake they are?

Teju was confused, what was he blabbering,

Teju: what articles, I didn't even read any till now,

Karan: Then what are you saying?

That was when he remembered,

Karan: So it was you who came to the office during lunch?

She was shocked,

Teju: how did you know? That BG I will kill him, he can't do one thing.

Now it confirmed his doubts, he smirked,

Karan: I am the boss, baby. I will know everything. And before you think something else, she was a secret informer of mine, I had to entertain her because of work.

She huffed and replied,

Teju: so in the name of work and business you can do anything?

Karan: Yes, I have to, and one minute are you jealous?

She scoffed and replied

Teju: why will I be jealous, that's professionalism according to you. But I will make sure that you'd regret even saying this line to me. Beware,

She made a sign by showing eyes with her fingers,

He chuckled, she looked like a kid, he knew she'd do nothing that sort of,

Karan grabbed her hand and pulled her to himself, he went close to her ears and whispered,

Karan: Pasta was yum, Thank you. You deserve a gift for it, saying this he kissed her ear and bit it lightly, blood rushed to her cheeks seeing him that close,

She shivered with the feeling, he slowly kissed her cheek with so much intensity that made Teju blush like anything.

She tried to pull away, his manly and strong cologne was making her feel things in her stomach, she felt so good in a bad way,

Karan whispered huskily in her ears,

Karan: The moment I took a bite I wanted to kiss the hands of the person who made it and now that I realise it was you, I would not mind doing it because Karan Kundra, does what he thinks to do.

With that, he slowly brought her hands to his lips and kissed the inner side of her palms and stood there like that, it was like time froze and Teju couldn't dare to look into his eyes, his voice and his actions are melting her,

Karan who saw her flustered state smirked at her, he whispered again making her go crazy,

Karan: Set the table Tejaswi, I will be back in 20 mins.

He left there not before kissing her on her forehead.

Teju's POV:

His actions made me speechless, his husky voice and his lips were so beautiful that I felt all the weird feelings within my body, but this doesn't mean that I will stop my plan, wait and watch Karan Kundra, I know how to bring you in line. Now let me set the table before he comes down.

Karan's POV:

The moment I kissed her cheek, I couldn't control myself, all that I wanted to do is to kiss her senselessly, but I had to stop because she was not too bold to take my torture, but I felt so happy when I saw her in the office, I didn't know why she left, even that traitor BG didn't tell anything except about her arrival, her handmade pasta was so nice, her efforts to make me happy is what I like the most in her, I know she's upset with me for the last week's ignorance but the work is so stressful and I have to not let raj burden himself too.

With a sigh I went to freshen up, I can't keep my lady waiting.

Wait a min, my lady? I just like her thats it no?

He shrugged and went to take a shower.
