Leah's P.O.V
I wake up to the sound of Ellies bedroom door closing
"Ahh...fuck" I hear Ellie say under her breath after I hear a small bang in the room, I can't help but hide a small laugh, as I open my eyes and turn to look towards her, her smile and beautiful eyes staring back at me
"Buenos Dias hermosa" she says quietly
"Good morning" I whisper, a smile on my face
"Breakfast?" Ellie says, a cheesy grin on her face as she lifts the tray of food she has brought up slightly
I start laughing "Come here"
Ellie places the tray of food down and crawls her body over me, I wrap my arms around her neck and place my lips on hers, lots of small continuous kisses as I pull her closer to me
"I" kiss "can't" kiss "breathe" Ellie mumbles
Both of us start laughing as Ellie places one final kiss on my lips before she rolls off me to get the food and her cup of tea of course, and brings it back over to the bed.
"Gracias" I smile
"De nada" Ellie nods as she takes a sip of her tea
"What are you doing whilst I go to Switzerland?" I ask
"I've got some stuff to do for sponsors, to say I'm injured, I'm busier now than I am when I play"
"Well I keep telling you"
"Gotta pay the bills" Ellie smirks
"Can I ask you something?"
"Go on"
"How are you?"
"Err...I'm good thanks" Ellie laughs
"No...I mean...really...I know football is your...."
"Escape?"
"Yeah?"
Ellie takes a deep breath, I reach my hand out and place it on Ellies thigh.
"I'll be back soon" She smiles
"I know but you can talk to me" I smile at her reassuringly
"I know...thank you..but I am actually alright. It is what it is, don't get me wrong I can't wait to get back out there but get Christmas out of the way and hopefully wont be long after that"
"I'm proud of you"
"Soppy" Ellie smirks
I lean over and place a kiss on Ellies lips.
"Talking of Christmas...shall we address the elephant in the room?" I ask sheepishly knowing both Ellie and I have been avoiding our upcoming time apart
"Ok...." Ellie says
"Uh. I change my mind, I actually don't want to talk about it" I sigh as I nuzzle into Ellie, a small laugh escaping her mouth as she wraps her arm around me. We lay in silence for a few minutes as I interlock my hand with Ellies and gently stroke my fingers against hers.
"I'll miss you" Ellie says quietly
"I'll miss you too" I whisper
"I mean...i'll be glad of the break to be honest" Ellie smirks
"Ey" I tut
"I'm kidding. It wont be for long. I will see you in two days when you come back from Switzerland, we have the team night out"
"Are you going home the day after?"
"Yeah, and then I'll be back for a day before you jet off"
I look up at Ellie "I wish you could come with us"
