Chapter 50: MINETA!!

~(Y/N)'s POV~

After a day or so we were released from the hospital. Izuku, Iida and Shoto went back to the people who they had been interning with, while I went with Hiyori. When we got home it was chaotic. Miko was crying, Haikari was crying and yelling and Hiyori just let it happen. I just smiled once Haikari stopped yelling and apologized for making them worry.

The next day we headed back to school. Everyone was happily talking about their intern ships. I stood by Izuku, Shoto and Iida talking. Our attention was turned to the rest of the class when Kaminari called out, "Are you four!" The entire class turned to us. "Dude, yeah, The Hero Killer!!" Sero added. "I was worried for you." Momo voiced. "So happy you're alive; no joke, that's the most important thing!" Kirashima yelled. I couldn't help but smile sheepishly as Haikari glared in my direction. "They say you got rescued by Endeavor! That's the no.2 for!"

I sighed a little in frustration. As Shoto spoke up, "Yep. Rescued." His voice was cold, I could tell he wasn't happy saying it. Izuku agreed, looking a little nervous. "I saw it on the news: Something about the hero killer and the villain alliance being connected? I shiver just thinking of how USJ would have played out had such a terrifying bastard come on the ambush too." Ojiro stated.

"Right, he was pretty scary, buuut did you watch the video, Ojiro? I dunno if it was his single-track mind or  tenacity or whatever but didn't you think he was kinda cool, too?" Kaminari added, I looked at him a little confused. "Kaminari...!" Izuku yelled out. "Huh? Ahh!...Ii...da...I'm sorry!" Kaminari called out. "No...It's all right. He was certainly a man of conviction so I understand if people find him 'cool'." Iida replied. "However, he chose to advance his cause by means of a 'purge' and whatever beliefs you may hold, that and that alone is an error."

"And so, in order, too, that people like me may not hereafter multiply!! I shall proceed down the path toward being a hero anew!!!" I smiled up at our class rep as did Izuku, "Iida...!" Iida then got the class to in their seats, I laughed a little and went over to the seat by my brother. Haikari refused to make eye contact with me, his eyebrows were frowned and he was biting his lip. I sighed and grabbed his hand, Squeezing it ever so lightly. "Kari... how many times do I have to say I'm sorry? I really hate it when you give me the silent treatment." My brother looked at me in the corner of his eye before pulling his hand away from mine. I took a deep breath and I looked to the front.

It didn't take long until All Might took us to our next lesson. The number one explain what we would be doing. A race through a city like area. The first group went, everyone was watching Izuku as he used move similar to Katsuki's before slipping. I was part of the next group, against Haikari, Katsuki, Tsuyu and Ochaco. We got to the starting point and soon heard All Might call out to start. I watched as the others started. Katsuki blasting, Ochaco strugleing a little, Tsu jumping and Haikari using his Wind to float. 

I smirked and laughed a little, letting the shadows wrap around my body, transporting to the end. I stood there and waited for the others to arrive. Katsuki was first, he looked surprised and a little annoyed. Haikari was next, a look of slight fear in his eyes as he realized I had used my shadows, changing to surprise when I wasn't suffering from my drawback. Tsuyu was next then Ochaco. After the exercise we all went back to the changing rooms. The girls and I were all talking until we started to hear voice on the other side of the wall.

~Haikari's POV~

As we were heading to the changing rooms I couldn't help but think back to when I head seen the news program of the fight with Stain. I had been terrified when I heard that (Y/N) was involved. I know it probable seems weird that I've been ignoring my sister... but I can't look at her without wanting to break down.

I was pulled out of my thoughts when I heard Mineta's voice talking about the girls in the other room. I glared at the smaller boy, "Mineta. Don't. Even. Try. My sister is in there." He didn't listen to me, I looked up at Shoto, who looked angry. I was about to punch Mineta when he screamed. I laughed as I realized Jiro had attack him instead. Once we were dressed the rest of the day was uneventful. 

That afternoon, (Y/N), Shoto and I had to the hospital. My sister kept trying to talk to me, or just smiled at me, but I didn't reply at all. I sighed, honestly just wanting something to take my mind off of recent events.
