The following week came and he got the DNA results and he knew what it was going to say, but Lena had insisted. But the kids were white as day and his two baby boys looked like him and his dad at that age and his baby girl was all his Nana Ruthie, his dad's mom as he pulled into the parking spot at Anchor Beach. He went to find Lena's office and knocked on the door.

"Come in," Lena replied. He opened the door and eyed her as she smiled and bit her lip. She still loved the man to death and it hurt as they hugged.

"Just wanted to see you before I get our three babies," he added. She nodded and hugged him.

"I will take you, so the preschool staff won't  give you a hard time," Lena replied as he nodded.

"I got three boosters," Robert replied. "So you can tell your wife?"

"I'm Bi, not lesbian and she loves me more than I love her."

"Why not tell me?" Robert asked.

"You chose family over me and I wasn't going to crawl back like I was begging, Robbie."

He nodded and bit his lip. "It's what we talked about."

"I know, but your dad had other plans. Or should I say my Godfather."

"He swears he told me he never asked me to pick family over you," Robert replied.

"Well were have you been for almost five years?" Lena asked.

"He says he can prove it," Robert replied. "I would love to see that."

"Me too and are you going to introduce them to your parents?" Lena asked.

"I will and my parents are separated after what my dad did."

"Oh," Lena replied. "Ruthie?"

"Better," Robert added. "I will take them to see her first."

"Good," Lena said as they left to the advanced Preschool.

"Advanced preschool?" he asked as he beamed and puffed out his chest.

"Yes. Like me and you."

"Smart and good looking like us," he said. "Even of they don't look like you. They got your heart and your eyes."

Lena nodded in a smile as they walked in. "Joyce this is Robert Leonard Quinn and my former husband and the triplets father and we will pick them up today and every other Friday."

"Understood and just sign here and I need to see some ID."

Robert and Lena waited for the triplets to come out of Preschool extended daycare in the second week of February as they were led out, the three kids eyed their mama and Dada talking and they grinned.

"Mama. Dada!" they cried out as they ran toward them with their backpacks as they hugged their mama first and finally their Dada. He hugged them hard and tight.

"Are you three ready to come home with Dada?" Lena asked as they nodded. Callie was a tad bit reserved as she eyed her mama and Dada.

Lena knew they would be okay as she thought about two days previous as her, Stef, Dana and Sharon went to see the Quinn Mansion and they were impressed.

"Hired help," Stef replied as Lena gave her a warning look.

"I did it myself and I don't use servants," Robert replied. "My parents do though."

After the tour, Dana hugged him hard. "We need to catch up."

"Of course," Robert replied. They all left and Stef was getting the glares from the other three as she bit her lip. "What?"
