A Different Way To Finding Each Other

Snapped

"When are you going to see someone?" Lena asked. "You've been distant and snappish lately."

"I have not!" Stef replied naked. 

"You have too!" Lena replied. "I'm worried you might snap at the kids one day and you know how my baby girl gets."

"I know how my baby doll gets," Stef replied. "She's sensitive like you."

"I'm worried about you, babe," Lena replied.

"I'm fine my love. Trust me," Stef replied. Lena bit her lip and nodded as she got up naked as well as they both went to take a shower together.

Deep down, Lena knew Stef wasn't alright and needed to see someone. Her nightmare about Callie getting raped and murdered was brutal and happened all the time.

As she showered with her wife, she decided to talk with Frank and Sharon. They knew how stubborn she was and if it affected the kids, she knew they would want to help out their daughter. Lena loved her wife, but she was stubborn as a mule and she would never budge as Lena thought that something would make her wife snap. 

They both got dried and dressed and went Stef went to get the kids up for school and Lena went to make breakfast that consisted of Cream of wheat, bananas, yogurt and bagels with cream cheese and milk and OJ to drink.

Fifteen minutes later, the breakfast was ready as the kids and Stef came down as the mama and mommy shared a look.

"And what's today?" Lena asked.

"Field trip!" the younger twins and the triplets replied. 

"Yup. The Los Angeles Zoo!" the three oldest replied. Lena, Stef and Robert where going and Nate was going to pick up Jack from Anchor Beach.

"Wait you are all going to the Zoo?" he asked. "Not fair."

"It is fair. You went to Birch last week with your class. Did we get upset?" AJ asked.

"Um no!" Jack replied. "But it was just Birch."

"Enough babies. We need to eat breakfast," Lena replied.

"Mama do we need to pack lunches?" Callie asked.

"Just Jack. You are all getting lunch at the Zoo," Lena replied. Callie nodded as Lena had put Jack's Captain America lunchbox on the kitchen island.

The kids ate the breakfast and they all went to school as the buses were seen and the field trip goers got super excited, minus Jack as Stef eyed him with a look as he rolled his eyes at her as her eyebrows shot up.

Stef went to take Jack to class, while Lena got on the bus with the kids and Robert. Robert sat with Timothy and Stef came and sat with Lena. Armando and Micah came on board, but Mike was a no show as the older twins were crushed. Stef went to talk with them. His guard job did not allow him to get the time off and they nodded.

The kids were given the rules and they each had to pick an animal and write about it, but that was for each class, but it had to be approved by their teacher first and in the class each student had to pick a different animal. The kids nodded.

The bus was on it's way as Jack Adams Foster was hurt and pissed and left class and walked out of Anchor Beach and no one knew till an hour later. Nate was called right away and he called his parents and Stef's parents.

"Do we tell them?" Dana asked.

"We have to," Nate replied. "He can be anywhere and if this was one of the other kids they would be in trouble."

"He's just acting out that his parents died," Dana replied sympathetic.

"That's bull! He's been like this since before. They spoiled the crap out of him," Nate replied.
