"FAMILY MEETING!" Lena replied as the kids minus Jack came rushing in.

"What's wrong?" AJ asked.

"And where's Jack?" Callie asked. Jack was at the hospital getting ready for his surgery. "And mommy?"

"With Jack," Lena replied. "Jack is getting a tumor removed from his brain."

"Oh," Callie replied who felt a tad bit off. Her mommy had missed the last couple of days and they all missed her and she even had to cancel on Callie again and the girl sighed and decided to ask for a new person to take her to counseling meetings. 

Raquel Quinn agreed and Stef doesn't know yet and Lena just found out and needed to talk with Callie about it. "Will he be okay?" Callie asked. 

"He will," Lena replied. "His real dad and Uncle were twins and they each had tumors removed."

"Oh," the kids added. "Can we make him cards?"

AJ sighed. "Why did my parents adopt him? Why weren't me and Hallie enough?"

"AJ?" Lena asked sad for the kid. He just walked away and went up to his loft and sat on his bed. Both Aaron Jr. and Hallie lost a lot when Jack was born and which is why AJ wants and has a relationship with both sides of his family. Something that belongs to him because of his birthright. 

Lena sighed as he left and didn't blame him. This was another of Jack's issues and it sucked and he was going to get attention and the kids will be upset about it and it is not really Jack's fault, but he has been getting away with a lot of crap since he came after his adopted parents died. 

"We sure can," Lena replied as Callie eyed her watch. "Callie?"

The doorbell rang and Nate opened it and Raquel came in. Lena had forgot about Callie's counseling for kids who survived cancer and get bullied as well. The moms when it comes to Jack and the other boys forget about the girl and her activities, but more Stef than Lena.

Raquel and Callie left and Lena would need to ask her tomorrow and tell Stef that their little girl asked Raquel to take her to her counseling sessions from now on and she knew it would hurt her wife and Lena wondered why?

"Who will watch us mama?" Caleb asked.

"Uncle Nate and your grandparents," Lena replied. "Don't give them trouble."

"We never do. That's Jack," Caleb yelled as he ran up to his room he shared with Callum and all you heard was a door slam. Lena bit her lip and an hour later Robert showed up.

"What's up?" Lena asked.

"Caleb called and he wants to stay over at my place for a few days with Callum," Robert added.

"What? Since when?" Lena asked as the two boys were heard and Lena saw them coming down the stairs. "Caleb Leonard! Callum Robert," Lena replied.

"Yes?" Caleb asked.

"Why did you call daddy?" Lena asked.

"I did. I cause trouble apparently. It's what you said," he replied as Lena bit her lip.

"I meant it as a joke," Lena replied.

"I don't care. The only kid in this family who causes trouble is Jack," he replied. "So Callum and I will be at daddy's till Jack comes home. When it is about Jack we are all forgotten anyway."

Lena bit her lip from crying. Robert bit his lip and Lena nodded as he left and she cried as she slid to the floor. She could not blame her kids for the way Jack acts. Mike came ten minutes later for the big twins and Lena nodded.
