The little rays of sunlight peaking through the curtains checking up on people giving them a waking call.
Hae Eun tossed and turned around on her bed , unwanting to wake up to reality once again .
The terrifying and tiring reality she wanted to stay out of , the thing she wanted to run away from .
Lazing around on the soft cotton surface , with bare minimum thoughts was all she could ask for .
She didn't want to socialize with anyone , not wanting to put effort into conversations .
Not wanting to go to her dreadful work . She doesnt hate her job it was just tiring and energy draining.
Besides , she felt like she can't do it , she won't do it . Her mission was to help the cops arrest Jisung , remember ?
Well , she got all the needed evidence , she got him to trust her well , somewhat trust her , she could gather information and evidence from him anytime she wants .
But , she couldn't . Her heart ached thinking about him getting arrested . She... didnt want him to leave , being imprisoned would mean he would be out of sight for a hella long time , she wanted him to be by her at all times , unknowing why , she felt safe in his presence .
A warm feeling spreading across her chest every time they were together , but she was new to the feeling , but she liked it .
Her attention averting to her phone upon hearing the familiar sound of a notification.
