Time in a Tree (All Might x Reader)

Spare Time: Excuse Me, What?

An hour and a half of tossing and turning and no sleep. "Yagi?" The light flicked on, electric blue eyes watching you. "Yes?"

"C-can I call you Toshi?"

"Is that what was keeping you awake?" He leaned forward, pressing the back of his palm against your head. "No...but can I?"

"Yes, but not in public." He pulled away. "I'll just call you Yoshi in public then." You giggled. "Absolutely not." He shook his head. You sat up smiling. "Oh yeah. Can I ask one last thing of my Toshi Yoshi?" He sighed. "What is it?" Yagi sat forward, without hesitation you answered. 

"Can you sleep with me?"

Silence.

Your face as straight as his. "What the hell did he give me?" The blonde pinched the bridge of his nose."What the fu-" 

"You misunderstood me." Your head tilted as he looked back up at you. "I'm like..." you brought your hands together in a clap. "Kinda uncomfortable with you just watching me while I sleep."

"Wha-"

"I mean, I get it if you're into that voyeur shit or whatever. I don't kink shame but..." You clicked your tongue, eyes wide for a moment. "What are you on about?" His brows furrowed. "Yoshi, listen...listen." You took a deep breath. "I've realized two things, okay? Two." You looked at him, eyes hard for a moment. "First thing is that pill has got me high as a kite...I think." You paused. "Yeah-"

"Oh my god." Yagi's head dropped into his hands. "No, listen! Second thing...I know you're just trying to make sure I don't make another run for it...so just...ya'know." You patted the empty space next to you. "I'm not-"

"Yoshi, pleeease." You pestered. "The bed's too big and I feel exposed and...vulnerable." Your gaze went down, brows furrowing at the several feet of space. "...Really?" Yagi questioned. "Mhm." You nodded. "Alright." He said moving from the chair to the bed. 

"YaaayWOAH!" You turned to the opposite wall. "Sir, why is your shirt off?" Damn my fever went up. "You said sleep, ma'am. I don't sleep in shirts." He answered. "Oh." You bit your lip. Temperature steady rising. "Does this bother you?"

"Not in the slightest." You answered giggling. "Fantastic." He cut the light. "Get some rest, the sun'll be up before you know it."

You scooted back down, covering yourself once more. I didn't think he'd actually do this. You bit your lip. "... Thank you, Yoshi."

"You know you don't have to thank me."

"But I want to."
