Will We Fall In Love (Okita Sougo)

"Ahh, it's so boring....."

Kamui's eyebrow twitched at the loud whining sounding from behind him.

"Abuto, can you make that shut up?"

"....I really can't, Captain."

"Oi! If you call me that, then I'll call you that too!!" (Y/N) tilted her head to the side and played with a strand of her hair.

(Y/N) narrowed her blue eyes at Kamui and smirked, "After all, we're twins you know?~"

"Abuto, why did we stop at Earth?" Kamui still ignored (Y/N) and rolled his eyes— when suddenly it went silent.

No more complaints, no whining and no annoying wailing.

"Ah, well. We have to restock some of our—"

"....Abuto, where did she go?" Kamui blinked and looked behind them to see that the (H/C) haired woman was gone and there was a huge hole in the wall of their ship.

"C-Captain....." Abuto gulped, "I'm not sure but I have a feeling the hole in the wall has something to do with it."

Kamui clenched his fist and smiled as he laughed, masking his irritation. "Abuto....." he trails off while the latter flinched upon the call.

"If you don't find my sister within the day, you're dead."

"WHAAAAAT?! Why me?!"

Kamui— had always been a bit of a tsundere. He never expressed his feelings outright, but he still acted like a big brother to (Y/N)— who was his younger twin.

Though they were fraternal twins, Kamui truly treated him like his beloved little sister. After all, he grew up with the knowledge that he had to take care of his family and siblings implanted deep in his heart until what had happened to his mother.

After that, Kamui took (Y/N) with him when he joined the Harusame. Kagura was then left with their father, while (Y/N) had no other choice.

She was much closer to Kamui than she was with their Father— so when she had to choose, she chose her older brother. But it didn't mean that she hated Kagura.

In contrast, (Y/N) loved and treasured Kagura more than anyone else. She became a substitute mother figure for both Kamui and Kagura as she was always the one who had to stop the brawls.

But— she couldn't leave Kamui too. Kagura had their Father, and now— the new family she found on Earth. While Kamui had none— but (Y/N).

In short— Kamui was very protective of (Y/N).

—and now, that same (Y/N) was roaming somewhere in Edo without him.

"....Ah. I didn't think this through," (Y/N) sighed as she scratched her head— holding her purple umbrella up high over her head to shield her from the blazing rays of the sun.

"—I should've gotten at least Abuto's wallet for food," She grumbles as she walks away.

(Y/N) let out an exhausted sigh and looked down with a contemplating look, "—Should I just go and threaten someone like how Kamui taught me?....."

"...There's no one to tease," Sougo sighs as he aimlessly walks around for his usual patrols. Frankly, the man just wanted to tease someone and torment them as much as he could.

But Hijikata was nowhere to be seen. Kondo was stalking someone— and Yamazaki was playing kabaddi?

Suddenly, Sougo's eyes spot a distinct figure amongst the crow of people.
