I wake up and have an instant feeling of wanting to see Neteyam.
"Morning" Tsireya smirks.
I groan and throw my seaweed pillow at her. She laughs.
"Come on then, spill the tea" she says.
I sit up and say "I told Neteyam I see him last night"
"What?!" she gasps.
"Chill out, its not like I told him I love him" I laugh.
"Not yet" she smirks.
"Not for a while!" I say sternly.
She laughs "i'm assuming that's where that came from then?" pointing at me.
"What?" I ask.
"When you told him you see him, that happened?" she said pointing at my neck.
I stand up and walk to the water to see a purple bruise on my neck. NETEYAM.
"Morning bro" Lo'ak says walking up to me.
"Oh... yeah definitely good morning" he smirks.
"Shut up skauwnd" I say shoving him and he laughs.
I run back to the hut and Tsireya is laughing at my panicked face.
"Help me!" i hiss.
She laugh and pulls out my necklace from Neteyam and puts it round my neck and it covers the bruise mostly.
"Thank you" I say.
"What is a sister for?" she laughs.
"What shall we do today?" she asks.
"How about we explore the tree area and look for flowers to decorate the hut walls" I suggest.
"I love that idea, the hut would look so pretty covered in flowers" Tsireya smiles.
We head out the hut and walk along the beach towards the palm tree area of the island. Along the way we see Neteyam with Lo'ak on the beach. He turns to me and smiles.
"We need to talk" I say sternly as I get to him.
"Erm okay?" he says worried.
Tsireya and Lo'ak laugh as I drag him away into the trees to speak to him privately.
"Whats up y/n?" he asks confused.
"Whats up?" I say annoyed and pull the necklace off my neck.
"Oh" he says and turns a shade of pink.
"Yeah ...oh" I reply.
"People are going to see it!" I hiss.
"Is it that bad that people know you're taken? That you're mine?" he smirks.
"No, but my father doesn't need to know what we get up to" I say.
"Plus i'm not yours technically" I add smirking.
His smile drops and walks closer to me closing the gap between us and his hair swinging side to side.
"Not yet" he whispers in my ear and makes me shiver.
"Maybe" I say bluntly making him sweat a little. Keep him on his toes.
"That's fine, I can wait" he adds, trying to make it flirty.
"Something told me different last night" I smirk and look down at his area.
I walk off sassily leaving him speechless.
