Chapter 56

We haven't had a beach party in forever. I feel like it will really ease the tension and cheer everyone up.

I spend the afternoon telling all the teens in the village that I pass about tonight and they're all excited. I tell Tsireya and Kiri and they are excited for some girl time.

We make our way to the hut to get ready. Kiri is explaining her situation to Tsireya and then tells her about our conversation earlier too...

"Y/n you're too much!" Tsireya belly laughs.

"Look, i'm the one thinking about the bigger picture..... no pun intended" I wink and laugh.

"Stop it!" Kiri laughs and we all fall into a fit of giggles.

"Okay seriously girls we need to get ready" Tsireya tries to say seriously but fails.

"I think i'm going to keep my hair natural today" Kiri suggests.

"...."

"No" I say.

"If you are going to be kissing tonight you are going to look full na'vi glam!" I say and Tsireya agrees.

We start on Kiri and just add a few shell clips to her hair so it's still her natural hair but with a bit of shine.

Then Tsireya works on my hair and she does my favourite, natural curls defined with seaweed curl cream and then small braids hiding in the curls with pearls attached to them. I finish the look off with a blue flower crown.

Tsireya keeps her hair as it is but neatens her braids and adds her pink flower crown.

"Right I feel left out now!" Kiri whinges and puts a yellow flower crown on. We all laugh and finish any last minute bits to get ready. Just before we are about to leave I grab my shell necklace from Neteyam and put it on ready for the party.

"We good to go?" I ask the girls.

They both nod and we leave arm in arm towards the beach where we can see a roaring fire already started and loads of na'vi drinking. Tonight could get messy.

We get there and head straight to the drink table, we fill our cups and look round at everyone. I feel a pair of hands snake round my waist and it sends electric feelings through my body. I smile turn to look at his amber eyes.

"You look beautiful" Neteyam smiles and pecks me.

"You don't look too bad yourself Mr. Sully" I laugh.

We stand a talk and drink for a while and then Kiri and Tsireya grab my arm and pull me away laughing. I look at Neteyam and shrug smiling and waving bye.

"We need to get this party more lively" Tsirya laughs.

"Okay" I say.

"You're the fun one, you come up with something" Kiri laughs.

This makes me giggle.

I think for a second.

"Truth or dare?" I suggest.

"Now thats what i'm talking about, let's get this party started" Lo'ak appears behind me.

We laugh and head to and empty space to sit down and start the game.

Theres me, Tsireya, Kiri, Rotxo, Aonung, Lo'ak, Neteyam, Rowari, Polkin and Ciara.

At this point we're all already a little bit buzzed.

"Okay ill go first, we will go round this way" I say and motion to the left of me.

Left to me is Tsireya.
