(Y/n's Pov)
"Princess?" I hear a soft British voice call to me
"My apologies..."
"No problem, but to start you are needed in a meeting at noon" Caitlyn says formally
"Mm" I nod , "Are you okay princess?"
"I'm as happy as can be..."
"you aren't fooling me" she says automatically
"you're so caring are you" I say giggle
"You're the princess and I am your bodyguard"
Caitlyn says in such a serious tone
I get up and walk over to her, I could tell she was slightly shivering.
"Princess I-!" A vine glides at her cheek the behind her ear.
Caitlyn huffs as and shakes her head
"I'm not ticklish"
I giggle
"You used to be"
I go over to a vase and pour water in it
"Princess we have no time for games"
Caitlyn says sighing..
"Oh c'mon Cait, where's the smile you used to have? Hm?"
I ask while squeezing her face
She took my hand off her face saying
"At some point we have to grow up and get serious"
"You're never fully dressed without a smile"
I say walking over to my plants and watering them.
"Well we have no time to waste"
She says taking my hand and escorting me to the Meeting Room.
-After 1 Hour of Talking about Nothing-
I leave the room
"I'm surprised you scheduled during my lunch"
I say walking down the hall
"I apologize Princess, Next time I'll ask when you're free"
"It's fine"
I wave her off as I open the castle door and walk to the gates
"Princess? Where are you-?"
Caitlyn grabs my arm not too hard but just to hold me back a bit
"I just had a taste for Stella and Ruby's so.."
I say a little bummed if she said we couldn't go.
"Fine... I'll be by your side and don't go running off somewhere"
"Thank you but you don't have to act like my mother"
I look up at her
"Well I was always the one to keep you out of trouble as kids"
Slightly chuckles at the memories
"I am no different than the little girl you saved by the river.."
I kiss her cheek and walked to my horse.
Caitlyn sat there confused on what happened,
"C'mon I don't have all day Cait!"
