"Hehe... I thought you would say instead, 'of course. Who do you think this lord is?'" standing up and leaving Pei Yuanxian's embrace, Shen Liang took a seat beside him instead. He placed his head on the table with one hand and turned to smile at him.

Pei Yuanxian flicked his forehead, "Little one, you dare to even play tricks against this lord?"

He bowed his head to say, "What did you have those two people do? Poison those people?"

"Is there something wrong with my brain to do that?" Shen Liang didn't give Pei Yuanxian a kind glare before he withdrew his smile, "Poison? It hasn't reached that point. I've only added a few ingredients for them. That's all."

"Oh?" keenly aware of the biting cold in Shen Liang's tone, Pei Yuanxian's brows furrowed at an imperceptible degree. "What did they do again?"

If they didn't do anything, why would the little one choose such a timing to do something? He would at least wait until all the nets have been cast before closing in one them. In addition, it was a tense period currently for all of them.

Pei Yuanxian couldn't help himself as he reached out and pinched Shen Liang's cheek, "You've grown courageous. Will you not spill everything out yourself now? Don't blame this lord for not being merciful then."
