After the 7th monthsary

In the van, Maine and Rj were on their way to TWG for snacks and a business meeting. Rj holds Maine's hand.
R: Ang daming magandang ganap this week. Ngayon, 7th monthsary ng AlDub, tapos sa Thursday... (deliberately pauses)
M: *wide-eyed in warning* ANO??? Anong meron, ha?
R: *smiles* AlDub weeksary! Meron pa bang iba?

Maine sticks her tongue out at Rj at this. Rj pulls her into an embrace and as usual, Maine melts in his arms.
M: Babe, seriously speaking (pauses) ano ba talaga ang nauna, ang itlog o ang manok???

Rj guffaws when he hears this!
R: Akala ko naman kung gaano kaseryoso! Wag na natin pag-usapan yan at hindi yan matatapos. Pareho lang yan ng tanong na, sinong mas maganda, si Maine o Divina?
M: *rolls eyes* Ok, fine, bola pa more! (pauses)
R: Ako, mambobola? Grabe sya! *laughs* Babe, maiba ako, yung tanong kanina na ilang percent na, bakit nga pala 80% yung sinagot mo?

Maine pauses for a bit before she answers Rj.
M: 80% kasi me 2 conditions pa na hindi nagagawa ni KS Alden. Tig-10% kaya yun! Pero kung si Rj lang ang basis, 100% na yun! *flicks Rj's nose*

R: Aray! (holds nose) Ikaw talaga! *mutters* Pasalamat ka nandyan si DP, kung hindi...
M: Talaga lang ha... Sige nga, sige nga...
R: Hintay ka lang, makakabawi din ako sayo!

Maine laughs at his mock outrage
M: Weh, gusto mo naman yang cariño brutal ko. Lalo na yung *pinches his burger*!
R: Isa pa ha! (pauses) Sagutin mo na nga lang ito para di ka na muna manakit! Anong current relationship status natin? Describe it using a TV show. Hah! Mahirap yan!!!

Maine thinks for a bit but answers quickly!
M: Batibot! (Huh! Akala mo ha!)
R: *puzzled* Bakit Batibot? Dahil kay Ging-Ging? Or dahil mala-AnseRa tayo? Mapusok?

Maine shakes her head "no" with a teasing smile
R: *even more puzzled* Dahil isip bata pa tayo? Ikaw lang siguro yun, hindi ako (gets pinched again) Aray! Sirit na!

With a twinkle in her eyes, M answers
M: Di ba sabi sa Batibot theme song, "Doon sa Batibot, tayo na, tayo na!" *laughs*
R: Ha ha ha, nakakatawa (sarcastically)

M: Ah, ayaw mo? E di wag! Hindi na tayo! (shrugs off R's arm)
R: (holds onto her hands) Joke lang po!!! Ito naman, di na mabiro. Ang pikon naman ng bibi ko... Smile na yan! Sige na, plith? Kakantahan kita ng "Marvin Gaye," sige ka!

R was starting to open his mouth to sing when M covers his lips with her fingers. R cannot sing but tries to dance to the tune in his head.
M: Oo na! Di na ako galit! *laughs* Tama na yan!!!

Rj grabs onto Maine's hands and turns serious
R: Babe, thanks pala sa sagot mo kanina about bashers. Inaalala ko lang na baka maaway ka dahil sa sagot mo.
M: You also answered it as well - less controversial but patama pa rin sa kanila yun. Kung hindi kaya ng ibang tao na makita tayong masaya together, problema na nila yun. Pakita natin na mas sweet pa tayo - that's the best revenge ever!

Rj smiled and that and thank the Lord for his good fortune in meeting this one-of-a-kind woman.
M: Seriously, babe, we complement each other. You're the steady and dependable guy compared sa makulit kong utak. I'm the fun one compared to your serious side.
*twinkle in her eyes* You're the green one versus sakin na super wholesome!

Rj's eyes widened at this and he retaliated by tickling Maine. The two were enjoying themselves that they didn't notice that they already arrived at their destination.

DP: Tama na yang kulitan nyo, nandito na tayo.
R: Ah, pwede po na labas kami after 5 minutes? I'll lock up na lang po. Pa-reserve na lang po ng table sa TWG.
DP: Narinig ko na yan dati - tapos naging 10/15 minutes. *smiles* Babalik talaga ako if after 5 minutes di pa kayo lumalabas.
R: Promise! 5 minutes. 5 minutes from the time na nandun kayo sa TWG ;-)

DP and the other passengers went down and the two were left alone.
M: Ba't tayo nagpaiwan? *gasps* May plano kang masama sa akin no?
R: *laughs* Assuming ka talaga! (pauses) I just wanted to say thank you for being the yin to my yang. We complement each other perfectly. Kahapon bad mood ako and you were the strong one. If masyado ako makulit, ikaw ang serious. Ikaw na talaga ang perfect for me.
M: *smiles and teases* Yun lang pala. Wala yun. *scoffs* Maliit na bagay!

R: Tapos, speaking of monthsary... Asan ang gift ko???
M: Gift ka dyan! Hello, monthsareel kaya ito?
R: 7 months na o, wawa nman si Alden, wala pang kith... 1 kiss for each month? 😘
M: Aha! Sabi ko na nga ba --

Rj grabbed Maine in a kiss which left her distracted and breathless...
R: (smiles and leans down once more) 1 down, 6 to go
M: (stops R's lips) Nope. 7 pa, di ako ready sa first, that didn't count 😉
R: *smiles sensually* Ok, madali naman akong kausap - 7 it is.

2 lovers, 5 minutes and 7 kisses - perfect combination 😍
