No, it isn't perfect because of the big, round moon shining its soft light on the lake. Not because of the thousands of stars twinkling up above, like thousands of fairy lights strung across the night sky. Nor is it because of the scent of freshly mowed grass; the cool air touching my skin.

No - this night is perfect because I'm spending it with the man I love most in this entire world.
I sighed in contentment.
"O, ang lalim nun ah. Was that a good sigh or a bad sigh?" he asked.
We are lying down on a blanket which we spread out across the grass. My head is on his chest, his arms wrapped around my body. We were gazing at the stars after enjoying our cheese and fruit platter with a bottle of red.
"Neither. It's an im-so-content-i-want-to-stay-here-forever-with-you kind of sigh," I replied with a soft sweet smile as I gave him a quick peck on his soft lips.
"Gusto mo ba talaga?"
"Gusto ang ano?" I asked him, as I looked at him quizzically.
"Gusto mo ba talaga na dito na lang talaga tayo? Na hindi na tayo babalik sa Pilipinas?"
I sat up, hugged my knees while I thought about my answer. I turned around and faced Rj when I was ready with my answer.
"Hmmm, to be honest, I was just like, thinking how peaceful our life here is. Hindi ganon ka-hectic. Pero siyempre, I know this is just a break from reality. Na kung dito naman tayo nakatira, we'll also have a different set of problems. Like, anong trabaho natin? Paano naman yung mga pamilya natin ? So, i guess the answer is - It's a nice dream pero hanggang dun lang sya. Pangarap lang, hindi realidad."
Rj sat up as well and held my hands.
"Paano kung gawin nating totoo? Will you run away with me? Kahit isang araw lang, let's forget that we're Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza aka Yaya Dub."
