After my harot update yesterday, this is a OneShot that runs through a gamut of emotions. I hope you like it!

After EB segment yesterday
*ring ring*
M: Hmm?
R: Uy, grabe sya, wala man lang hello???
M: *irritated tone* Hello. Okay na, pwede na po ba malaman kung anong kailangan nila? If wala naman, may lakad pa ako mamaya, tinatawag na ako ni Ate Pat.

R: Tanong ko lang sana kung bakit parang me tampo ka pa rin sa akin kanina, akala ko okay na tayo nung sinundo kita kahapon.
M: *sighs* Wala.

Rj knows that when she says "Wala" in that tone, it usually means something.
R: Babe... Sige na, sabihin mo naman sa akin - hindi ko talaga alam kung bakit ang sweet mo nung Sugod Bahay tapos medyo iba ka nung KalyeSerye na.
M: *irritated* Wala nga di ba?

In a calm voice, Rj insists
R: Babe, alam kong meron. Titigil ako ngayon pero tatanungin ko rin ulit mamaya. Kung pwede sabihin mo na para maayos ko na agad. (pauses)
So, should I check later or pwede ko na malaman ngayon?

Rj waits for a few minutes. He was about to say he'll call again later when M speaks up
M: Akala ko okay na ako pero nagtatampo pa rin ako sayo because of last weekend. Tapos hearing you make another promise about a surprise - on national TV, no less - brings back all the doubts na mabu-busy ka na naman para sa birthday ko.

Rj sighed. He understands his bibi girl's feelings. All he can do at this time is reassure her and follow through with his birthday plan.
R: Babe, I will not promise or say anything anymore, I'll just do it. Mas mabuti na rin siguro yun kasi madalas "nabububulol"---

Maine couldn't help it, she laughed out loud
M: "Nabubulol" po! Yan talagang dila mo, Rj, pilipit! *sighs* Hay babe, okay, sige, I'll just set my expectations low para di na rin ako magtampo.
R: Don't do that. You deserve the best from and of me, kaya expect na I will do my best to make you happy on your birthday.

Maine smiled at this. Though still a little cautious, she decides to let bygones be bygones and give him a clean slate. After all, she knows how her mood swings get the better of her most of the time; Rj's patience with her is one of the reasons why he's such a catch - her catch.

M: Ok, fine! Mag-e-expect na talaga ako! If hindi mo magawa, malaki ang kapalit! Yung kat... (deliberately pauses) sudon sa favorite ko na Japanese restaurant, one to sawa ako plus ramen!

R: *laughs* Kahit ano pang kat... sudon yan! Ibibigay ko! Baka nga lang masira yung 5-year plan natin nyan!
M: *laughs out loud* Hoy Richard Faulkerson, Jr! Ano na naman yang iniisip mo??? Bakit masisira ang 5-year plan sa katsudon???

R: E kasi...
M: Kathi?
R: E kathi bata! Joke lang! E kathi, kakain ka nang kakain nang kathudon so thathaba ka nang hutho, thapot yayayain mo ako pakathal agad kathi baka thumaba ka pa lalo di magkathya sa wedding gown mo!
M: Baliw! E di papagawa ako ng bagong gown, ganoin!

Their laughter slowly died down and then Rj asked
R: So, okay na tayo?
M: Hmm, pag-iisipan ko muna while may pupuntahan akong awards ceremony mamaya.

Rj just said "Ahh" for he knows about the plan for his bibi girl. He was actually involved in the preparation of it even if he will not attend as it is her time with her fans. He decides to divert the topic then

R: Babe, yung sinabi mo kanina tungkol sa ako ang nagpapasaya sayo kasama ng mga lola saka yung papakasal after 5 years or earlier, si Divina ba nagsabi nun or si Maine?
M: Hmm, mangingisda ka ba?
R: *puzzled* Bakit?
M: E kasi hilig mo mag-"fish" for compliments! *laughs at her own joke*
Seriously, si Divina man nagsalita nun, galing kay Maine yung content. And yes, you make me happy. You also make me sad; you make me giddy, angry, irritated, crazy, frustrated, sated but most of all, you make me feel loved and cherished. And I wouldn't change anything at all with that.

Rj was totally speechless. He loves his bibi's way with words. And he feels fortunate, nay, blessed to be given the opportunity to make his bibi feel loved and cherished above all things.
R: Wala akong masabi, babe. Thank you for giving me the chance. *clears throat*
If hindi natin ma-meet yung 5 year plan, okay din lang ba sa iyo?

M: Bakit naman di natin mami-meet? Kasi baka tumaba ka at palitan na din kita *guffaws*?
R: (serious tone) Kasi I'm sure already. I want to make you mine in the soonest possible time.
M: ...

It was Maine's turn to be speechless. She didn't expect Rj to say those words.
M: Um, *clears throat* pwedeng call-a-friend?
R: It's okay, you don't need to answer yet. Sinabi ko lang para alam mo na kahit mas maaga pa sa 5 years, ready na ako.

M: Babe, I have to leave soon pero can you call me on Facetime quickly?
R: Sure. Baba ko na muna ito. (drops call)

*Facetime call*
R: Hi! Ganda mo talaga, babe!
M: *laughs* Bolero! Serious na, quick lang ito.
Babe, I just wanted you to see my face as I say this again.
You make me happy. You also make me sad; you make me giddy, angry, irritated, crazy, frustrated, sated but most of all, you make me feel loved and cherished. And I wouldn't change anything at all with that.
You and me, we're the same kind of crazy and weird - and if I need to decide at this moment who I want to be with for the rest of my life, it would be you. But let's take things slow and enjoy the ride - if tayo talaga, kahit anong mangyari, tayo pa rin.
I love you, Richard Faulkerson, Jr. and thank you for loving me kahit na hindi ako masyadong sweet, showy at madalas magka-topak.

Rj was near to tears at the end of her statement
R: *blinks back tears* Huy, birthday mo, bakit ako pinapaiyak mo?
M: Hahaha, iyakin ka talaga!
R: All I can say is: Ditto. You're my kind of Crazy Wonderful at wala akong papalitan sa iyo kahit na madalas kang magtampo or pikon, at kung ano pa. Ikaw ang perfect para sa akin.
M: *happy sigh* I have to go now. Talk to you later, babe.
R: Laters, babe *wink*
