Hi guys! I'm in a good mood today so I managed to make a short One Shot based on what happened in today's Eat Bulaga segments where Maine and Alden were present.

Maine's condo, late evening

  Maine couldn't help it. She's worried. Rj's late for their weekly date - and he's never been late without a valid reason OR without a text from him telling her that he will be late.

  She tried calling him but he hasn't answered his phone yet. Come to think of it, Rj hasn't called or sent her a message since after KalyeSerye today.

  "I wonder what's wrong. Nag-aalala na talaga ako ha. Hindi kaya--- Hay naku, Menggay, wag masyadong premature! Lalo na if hindi maganda naiisip mo!"

  She was biting her fingers with worry when suddenly - *ding dong*

  Maine rushed to the door hoping it will be Rj on the other side. Opening her door without checking through the peephole, her relief was short lived when she saw his sour expression.

  "Babe? What's wrong? Did something happen? Are you okay?" she asked worriedly.

  "Walang nangyari sa akin. I'm fine," Rj calmly stated as he walked into the unit and closed the door behind him.

  "Then what's wrong? Why the long face?" she asked irritably. "Wala man lang hi, hello or kiss tapos ganito pa isasalubong sa iyo," she muttered under her breath.

  "Ano sa palagay mo bakit ganito expression ko? Don't tell me you seriously have no idea why?"

  "Itatanong ko ba sa iyo kung alam ko?" she answered back, her arms akimbo. "Kung mang-aaway ka lang Alden, mabuti pang umuwi ka na lang. I don't need this type of stress."

  Rj knew that Maine is already pissed off as she called him "Alden". Counting to ten and taking a deep breath, he took Maine's hand and led her to the couch. When she was already seated, he started to speak while pacing around the living room.

  "Meng, akala ko ba nagkakaintindihan na tayo? Na pareho sa pagkakaalam ko ng ayaw at gusto mo, alam mo rin kung ano yung ayaw at gusto ko? Na alam mo kung ano yung mga ikinaiinis ko?"

  He continued after a short pause. "Are you seriously trying to provoke me? Kanina ka pa sa Bulaga. Sa Sugod Bahay, ano yung suot mo? Crop top? Hindi ba napag-usapan na natin na bawal mong suotin yung makikita yung tiyan mo on live TV?"

  "Rj, hindi nakita yung tiyan ko. It was a cropped top and I had a jumper over it. Yung gilid lang ang nakita. And when you texted me about it, nagpalit naman ako di ba? So anong pinagpuputok ng butsi mo dyan?" she replied in an irritated tone.

  "Isa pa, yung pagkain mo ng sili. Alam ko na naanghangan ka dun sa una pa lang. Tinitingnan kita na tigilan mo na yun. Inulit mo pa? Nakakasunog yun ng bibig! Naghahanap ka ba talaga ng ikasasama ng pakiramdam mo? Nang ipag-aalala ko sa iyo? Tapos pagdating ko dito, ni hindi mo man lang tiningnan kung sino yung nasa pinto bago mo binuksan. Paano kung may masamang balak yun? At wala kang kasama dito sa bahay? Paano na?" he shouted then.

  Maine kept quiet after he finished speaking. Whenever she got royally mad, she kept quiet - really quiet. She looked at Rj with a blank expression on her face. She then stood up and went inside her room without uttering a single word to him.

  Rj, with his anger spent, knew that he went too far and now he has to grovel. He sat down on the couch for some time to think of what he should say. He then went to her bedroom door and spoke through it as he paced.
