Hello guys! How was your weekend? Hope you all had fun or at least had enough rest to start this week with renewed energy!

By the way, I'm on a 4-day training which started today (just finished today's session) so I'm leaving you with this fanfic to tide you over until my next update.

Broadway, After Sugod Bahay

*ring ring*
*ring ring*
*ring ring*

"Alden, huy!" Aicelle tapped Rj on the shoulder.

"O, bakit?"

"Kanina pa nagri-ring yung phone mo," she points to the phone with her lips. "Wala ka bang balak sagutin?"

"Ah, medyo busy pa ako, mamaya ko na sasagutin. I-silent ko lang muna." Then he rejected the call and put his phone on silent mode.

"Okay fine, busy ka na!" She then muttered as she walked away, "Busy sa pagtatampo."

Mama Ten suddenly went into the host's room and, with arms akimbo, tried to convince Rj to talk to Maine.

"Uy anak, tinatawagan ka daw ni Meng, bakit hindi ka daw sumasagot?" he asked.

"Busy ako, Nay. Mamaya ko na sya kakausapin."

Mama Ten rolled his eyes and prayed for patience. Taking a deep breath, he continued.
"Anak, wag ka nang magtampo dun sa segment kanina! Wala naman kinalaman si Meng dun sa hula nung nanalo. Saka bumawi naman sa iyo dun sa dulo kasi nakita nyang napipikon ka na. Kausapin mo na yung tao; paalis ka mamaya papuntang Bacolod, gusto mo magkatampuhan kayo?"

Rj kept quiet but was silently mulling over Mama Ten's words. He knows that he's being too sensitive but he is sure the statements from the Sugod Bahay winner will make tongues wag, or in this case, his bashers bash his sincerity once again.

*buzz buzz*

His phone is vibrating once again as Maine tried to reach him. Sighing, because he never can say no to Maine for long, he answered the phone.

"Maine?"

"Babe, wag ka nang magtampo. Alam naman natin kung ano yung totoo di ba? Ang dami ngang mali dun sa hula ni ate - na one month pa lang tayo, tapos may iba ka pa saka mas lamang daw pagmamahal ko kesa sa iyo. Isa lang yung itinama ni Ate, na tayo na pero tinatago lang natin. Kaya Rj, please? Wag ka nang magalit?" she pleaded.

"Mamaya na lang tayo mag-usap, pagdating mo dito sa Broadway."

"Naku Rj, kilala mong makulit ako, hindi kita titigilan hanggang hindi ka na nagtatampo sa akin!"

"Sige, pag-usapan na lang natin yan mamaya. Tinatawag na ako ni Nay Ten, usap na lang tayo mamaya."

"Hay Rj, kausap ko lang si Mama Ten kanina, alam nyang kukulitin kita so for sure hindi yun mang-iistorbo. Pero go ahead, take your time. Basta - hindi kita tatantanan!!!" saying the last part ala Mike Enriquez.

His lips curled up in a little smile which he immediately suppressed.

"Okay, bye."
