LIAM: You toss and turn restlessly in bed one night, causing Liam to stay awake as well. Finally, he speaks into the darkness, "Is the baby keeping you awake?" "No," you whine like a child, "my feet are cold and I can't sleep when my feet are cold." Liam chuckles. "Wouldn't it be easier to just put socks on rather than roll around all night?" "Under normal circumstances, yes. But considering I can't exactly reach my feet these days, I don't really have a choice here." Liam laughs again. "You could've just said something," he points out, climbing out of bed to pad across the room and get you a pair of socks. After retrieving a nice thick pair, he gently slides them onto your feet for you. "Much better!" you chirp happily as your feet instantly begin to feel warmer. You plant a quick kiss on his cheek as a thank you before you both nestle down under your comforter again to finally get some sleep.
