Hi, I'm Escal. My given name was Cyrstel, my given gender female, and my given sexuality was straight. HA! But now, I'm Pansexual Gender Fluid. On the day I'm writing this, I'm gender neutral. I grew up in a place where everyone was a hardcore Christan. And I hadn't even heard anything about LGBTQIA+ until I was 10, when I heard that it was evil. And then I moved. And I got a phone. And I started doing Wattpad and Deviant Art, where I learned about the amazing would of LGBTQIA+.
I became Pansexual fairly quickly after that. But a few days ago, I began questioning my gender. I never really thought twice about it, because I had grown up with Homophobic parents in a Homophobic community, where everyone was straight and they liked their assigned gender. But, after talking to some friends, I decided I was Gender Fluid too! My parents still use my given name and gender, but someday, I'll come out, and then I'll be free. Today, I have a wonderful girlfriend who doesn't know I'm Gender Fluid, and my parents don't know that I'm Pansexual or Gender Fluid. Thanks for listening!
