Not a single person understood just what that demonic moon is. Its manifestation had been abrupt and its disappearance had been just as abrupt giving not a single one of them the time to take a good look at it.

However, upon recalling the demonic moon's howl from before all the Ni Liu family clansmen felt their backs drenched in cold sweat. They can instinctively tell that they had all just barely escaped from the claws of death.

With the demonic moon erased under the effects of another Absolute Law the complexions of the two Yakshas paled beneath their masks due to the backlash that they had been hit with.

Despite having to grit their teeth under this backlash the two Yakshas are still capable of putting up a tough fight should the situation demands for them to do so.

If all else fails then these two Yakshas wouldn't really mind enacting a second Absolute Law to wipe out their enemies as a last resort.

Having completed the task of enacting that Absolute Law through Ye Gui Feng's left hand the young girl's complexion also pales as she falls back with a look of immense exhaustion and Die Fei quickly catches her as she faints.

Turning to look in the direction of the young girl for a brief instance Ye Gui Feng can tell through the connection between them that she is still alive but extremely weak due to her having enacted the power of an Absolute Law.

The young girl's body prior to enacting that Absolute Law had already been extremely weak so there's really no telling if she will last for long.

Despite wanting to take his anger towards the Yaksha Monarch out on the two Yakshas in front of him Ye Gui Feng knew that he needed to maintain a calm sense of mind as he clenches his fists tightly beneath his long sleeves.

Both Ye Gui Feng and Xiao Ju Hong looked towards their two enemies with an expression of both wariness and fuming anger.

This situation in which the two Yakshas with the cultivation base of Exalted Celestials are injured might look advantageous to the Ni Liu family but Ye Gui Feng and Xiao Ju Hong both knew that it wouldn't be wise to continue this fight against the forces of the Yakshas.

Pushing those two Yakshas too far might result in them going all out to enact a second Absolute Law.

Once that happens would any of them survive? Regardless that is not a bet that Ye Gui Feng and Xiao Ju Hong are willing to take and it would be far too irresponsible of them to do so.
