Upon making that announcement Ye Gui Feng went to retrieve the Sha Luo Blood Sword and the Ancient Immortal Spear while Xiao Ju Hong and Die Fei who is carrying the young girl returned to their courtyard in a hurry.

The process of retrieving the Divine Armaments hadn't been too great of a hassle but extinguishing the dark flames that had come as a result of the first black sun's detonation had been extremely troublesome.

These flames are simply far too persistent as water and the likes have no effect on them. This most likely had to do with the fact that these flames held a small trace of Absolute Laws to them. Overall it took a great deal of effort to put them out.

After having gotten that matter resolved with the temperatures of the Starry Seas cooling down Ye Gui Feng immediately returned to his courtyard and stepped into the bedroom.

Upon entering the bedroom Ye Gui Feng immediately sees the young girl resting on the bed without a blanket over her body.

[How is she?]

Despite knowing that the young girl is alive Ye Gui Feng didn't know her exact health.

"She seems to have a fever."

Towards Ye Gui Feng's question Die Fei and Xiao Ju Hong showed him their hands that are completely red.

The redness of the two's arms stretches pass their elbows and made it seem almost as if they had put their hands into a pot of scalding water.

Between the two Die Fei definitely had it worse from having been the one to carry the young girl into the house.

It is also because of the young girl's fever like state that can only be described as abnormal that causes the two to be at a loss as to whether or not they should put a blanket over her.

[This...!]

Seeing this Ye Gui Feng widens his eyes as he moves closer and takes the two's hands and uses his Authority of Incineration to absorb the heat energy that has been building up in the two's hands.

Sitting by the young girl's side Ye Gui Feng does the same for her but no matter how much of this heat energy that he absorbs he finds himself incapable of easing her pain.

[I'll go get some medicine.]

Standing up from the bed side with an anxious expression on his face Ye Gui Feng can only think of using some precious herbs that he has grown in the self-made heaven.

He didn't know if that would work or not due to the body of the young girl being vastly different from that of a human but at this point this idea is the only thing that Ye Gui Feng can think of.

"I'll hel-"

Just as Xiao Ju Hong is about to say that she'll come with him to help she stumbles in her footsteps and turning around quickly Ye Gui Feng catches her before she falls.

Holding Xiao Ju Hong's body in his arms Ye Gui Feng is shocked to find out that most of her magic energy is gone. This is something that he hadn't noticed when absorbing the heat energy from her body due to his anxiousness.

But when thinking about Xiao Ju Hong's current cultivation base along with her having used the Meaning of Living to seal the red haired Yaksha in place Ye Gui Feng felt that this really wasn't anything to be surprised about as he sighs.

[Stay here and rest.]

[It's fine. Picking herbs and the likes aren't anything dangerous. Besides...]
