Once he got trapped in the realm of Time and Chances, he finally got to see the true beauty in the magic of opportunities.
It all started with darkness, or more than that, absolutely nothing. Then, out of simply nowhere, a glittering light seemed to appear, stretching in multiple directions. Sometimes merely two, other times in an impressive spectrum of sparkling light.
As someone finally made their decision, all but one of the rays faded out, deconstructing into an opportunity for someone else, for some other time. And always, without change, the mechanics kept whirring and the light kept moving forward.
It was the most wonderful process he had ever witnessed.
