                          The Keeper of Time knew they had a very important task to fulfill. No worlds could exist, no beings could live without time. 
                          And so they worked diligently to fulfill their duty, weaving the strands of time into an intricate tapestry, picturing the many events taking place in so many parallel universes. All this, while going unnoticed by mortals, never receiving any praise for the one job that kept everything going.

                          Until one moment, when the last strand of time slipped through their fingers. Then, the Keeper knew, with pain in their heart, that the time had come to let go.
