"You know," he sighed contently, "this does feel supremely fulfilling."

He propped his feet up, and let himself slide down a bit deeper into his couch. That was true comfort.

"I told you doing absolutely nothing is the best thing in the world sometimes," she replied. "It revives the braincells. Or something like that. What do I know, I'm not a neuroscientist."

"You don't have to be a neuroscientist to have good ideas. And this is the best idea I have ever tried out."

"You never try things." That was, in fact, true.

"... Talking is still doing something," he grumbled.
