Neglected..

Which means Not taken care of properly.

Tony would focus on his work. Be in the lab. Attend meeting every day. Tony would give Stephen kisses hello and goodbye. But not anymore. Tony would give Stephen cuddles and spend him with him. But not anymore. Stephen was alone.

Does Tony not love Stephen?

Tony came home from a meeting only seeing quietness. He went to Stephen's room. Stephen was sitting on the bed all quiet. "Stephen..I'm home." Tony smiles. Stephen stayed quiet.

"Stephen..?" He said. "Do you...love me?" Stephen said. Tony looked at him. "Of course I do, why do you ask that?"
Stephen looked at him and he was in tears. "You never give me cuddles anymore. You never kiss me hello or goodbye. You never eat dinner with me..Do you love someone else?" He babbled our the questions and was choking on tears. Tony held Stephen's hands. "Stephen, I love you so much. I'm so sorry I couldn't take care of you..it's just that the meetings, the avengers, the inventing..is stressful..I hope you can forgive me.." Tony said. Stephen Hugged him and they both kiss.
