I'm saving your eyes from the person who gave me a lemon idea for Kevin, but here's rare content.

Also guess the song! It's a goodie~

You were a like a drop of golden sun in everyone's eyes; an innocent flower in full bloom. You brought peace and happiness to those who see your face. That was why, when you started walking together with Kevin, you were given some shocked faces.

"I never thought you'd choose this hopeless romantic man. Not to sound offensive, but I thought you'd pick someone like Norton, maybe?" Fiona pressed her index fingers together, awaiting your reply. "Well, he's a gentleman, a funny one at that, but he makes me feel safe, you see? Even if he is a tad bit flirty, he is full of respect for everyone," you grinned charmingly. "I did not expect that answer, and I guess you are kind of right; he is a gentleman." You two watched the rain fall to the garden floor. "So, how's the preparation, since the painter's debut?" You asked the priestess, who thought for a bit. "Tiring, but hey, at least I get to see the white and black guards and the violinist in a duo match. They look adorable with their fedoras," you chuckled at the thought. "I hope I get to see them," Fiona felt the atmosphere sadden. "Hey, at least you're here with us, even if the owner of the manor didn't want you to endure running around the maps... especially since..." You giggled, surprising Fiona for a bit as you held her hands together. "These legs can't run, but I'm sure I'll be alright," you cheered. You hear the door open, revealing a certain cowboy. "Y/n, there you are," Kevin smiled as he raises your forehead from behind, kissing your forehead. "Come inside, the patisserie had made cheesecake for all of us. Even Miss Nightingale is enjoying," He watched your eyes widen with sparkling joy. "Fiona, let's eat!" Fiona felt surprise, seeing your smile, despite your situation. Fiona stood as Kevin held the handles of your wheelchair as both of you entered the manor.

"Y/n! Come taste!" Emma gave you a slice of strawberry cheesecake. The cake looked perfectly made, with strawberries looking fresh. You cut a slice with your fork, tasting it with curiosity. You squealed at the taste of the delicacy, your eyes sparkling. "So good!" A few survivors chuckled. You hear the door in the library open, and you hear Emily say, "We invited some of the hunters. We know you've been missing out on a lot, but the manor owner approved of us letting them in our wing." A hand fell to your shoulder. "Don't worry, some of them may be new, but," Fiona paused, hearing a few whispers. "Y/n, honey!" Michiko appears, holding you to her chest. "Oh, how I've missed you," she patted your head gently. "Pretty ice dancer," Mary appeared. "We should've played dress up while you were still walking," Mary whined, making you laugh with glee. "You haven't met the violinist and the sculptor in real life, haven't you?" Mary asked. You watched two new figures appear. One, with black wavy hair, and one in a wheelchair, just like you. "This is a survivor, who was a figure skater, but paralysis sadly took her legs," Michiko introduced. The violinist bowed as Galatea violently hit the stone, making you slightly flinch. Then, she gave you a small heart with your face and Michiko's on it, making your eyes gleam. "Thank you! It's so pretty," you gave a big smile. Galatea blushed and nodded. "How is my little daughter and my son doing?" You laughed as Kevin facepalmed. Jack appears, putting his hand on your shoulder and his other hand (which have no claws at the moment) on Kevin's. "I told you before, Y/n is my daughter, Kevin is yours," The photographer appeared. Joseph looks at you with a smile. "How's my precious daughter doing?" You hear Aesop mutter, "Jonathan," out of shock. You chuckled, "It's Joseph." "...Right," Joseph facepalmed at Aesop's inability to remember his name. "So, how's your condition?" Joseph kneels in front of you. You smiled as he takes your hand. "So far, nothing has changed, but don't worry. I'll be okay!" He smiles back to you, and kisses your palm. "That's good to hear," Joseph stands. "Let's continue partying, shall we?" And thus the manor resumed its festivities...

"I... why can't I move my hands?" You looked at your hands in terror and shock (sorry) evident in your face. Your hands felt numb, and you felt hopeless. "Good morning, baby," the door opened, revealing Kevin. With the sun drapled in your surprised face, he felt bless to have such a wonderful woman to support his endeavors. "Morning!" You pulled a happy grin, which looked slightly forced, and definitely did it get Kevin's attention. "You look out of it. You can tell me anything," Kevin presses his hand on your back. "I-it's nothing," You smiled, yet deep inside, you were frantic. Despite that, you continued to mask your sadness.

Kevin wheels your chair, in front of you and grins, taking hold of your body as he carries you bridal style to your chair. Another thing Kevin noticed was your reluctance to swing your arms around him. There was definitely a chance that something was up. Nonetheless, he continued to smile and wheel you to the dining room. Because of your paralysis, Emily offered to switch rooms with you as she was by the dining room. As you enter the dining room, you were greeted by many friends. In front of you, was breakfast, a simple egg toast, cherry tomatoes, and bacon enter your eyes, making you hungry, but how are you going to eat? Do you play it off? Continuing to smile, you didn't touch your food, to which your seatmate, Fiona notices. "Hey, aren't you going to eat?" Unsure of what to say, you stared at her wide-eyed. "Oh, sorry! I'm just feeling kind of sluggish today," you gave a simple smile. "Oh, I-i see." Suddenly, a fork comes to your view, and Kevin smiles, "Eat up." You ate a piece from his fork and you munched on the crispy bread. "You can tell us something. If you feel like something's wrong, then tell us," Kevin smiles and everyone looks at you with an assuring expression. You tried to resist telling them the truth, but you were trapped. "Sorry... it's just that... I can't feel my hands,"

You were forced to lay bedridden in your room as Kevin fed you everyday. Some survivors would visit, and some hunters, especially Antonio, who had gotten a liking to you. "Kevin, honey," you looked over to the cowboy, who had brought in a small pillow, and a blanket. "You don't have to stay in here, sleeping in that chair," Kevin looks at you and smiles. "But if I don't, who's going to help you up at night?" You softly blushed as he places his nose against yours, like an Eskimo kiss. "If you need me, I'll be sleeping beside you," Kevin tucked a strand of hair behind your ear. Your smile remained bright, and your eyes were still as vivid as the summer sky. "Good night my dear, I love you," Kevin kisses your forehead softly.

"Her health's deteriorating," Emily stated with worry. The paralysis slowly moves closer to your brain. "I'm afraid Y/n will have to undergo surgery," Emily looks down in shame. "With a risk of heart disease, it must be done, or else she'll..." The room fell silent. "I...'ll take it," you whispered gently to the doctor, smiling gently like the morning rays of the sun, filtered by the leaves. "I want... to live," Emily shudders. "Are you sure?" Kevin looks at you in worry. "Yes, darling... I want to... hold you again," you gave a close-eyed smile to your lover as he was escorted out of your room.

But sadly, we all know what's gonna happen...

And sadly it did. For the cowboy who prayed so hard, ended up with a broken heart, after your passing. Then and there, did the rays of golden sun leave the manor,  back to its gloomy atmosphere.

But Kevin believed, that you were still here, spinning in circles like a swan in the water dancing.
