Emma had to stay in the hospital for another day just to make sure she was recovering well and that she and the baby were ok.
finally it was the day they where going to go home. Emma sat up in the hospital bed "I can not wait to get out of here"
Alyssa came in with Mrs. Greene and Isabel. "Mama!" Isabel grinned and ran over to her mother Emma smiled and picked her up. "hi sweetheart, I missed you!"
"how are you feeling?" Mrs. Greene asked "really, really tired and kind of sore"
Alyssa kissed Emma on the check. "hey I missed you"
"I was only in here one day" Emma smiled
"yeah I konw"
"are you excited to meet your sister?" Emma asked "yes!" Isabel smiled
Alyssa sat down on the bed next to Emma. 'i'm going to help you hold her ok?"
"Ok mommy" Isabel moved over and sat in Alyssa's lap. "you have to be really quiet ok? she's sleeping"
Isabel nodded. Emma gently passed her to Isabel, Alyssa put her arms under Isabel's to help her hold the baby. "Izzy this is Beth"
Isabel smiled "what do you think of your little sister?" Alyssa asked
"I like her!"
Emma and Alyssa looked at each other and smiled.
