Emma and Alyssa were on face time with the Broadway gang.
"so how's parenthood going for you two?" Sheldon asked "it's exhausting at times but we love it" Alyssa said
"that's so great" Angie said "so what is this new show you guys have been working on?"
Emma asked. "well Barry and I came up with it" Dee Dee said "it's based on our time in Indiana"
Alyssa and Emma looked at each other shocked and confused. "wait.. hold on you guys have been working on this for how long?" Alyssa asked
"about a year now" Dee Dee said "you still haven't told them?" Trent asked Dee Dee "the whole show is pretty much about them!"
"wait you guys are making a musical about us.. and you just thought to tell us just now?!" Emma said disbelieving what Dee Dee and Barry had just told them.
"well now that you put it that way.." Barry trailed off. "what's the show going to be called?" Alyssa asked "well we where thinking of calling it The Prom" Barry said
"so you want the story our story to be out there for the whole world to see" Alyssa said
"pretty much" Dee Dee said "we haven't figured out all the details we'll be playing ourselfs of course, don't worry we have someone to write the music so it won't end up being the truck rally all over again" Dee Dee said
"do you konw how hard it is to write music?" Trent asked try to defend himself even though the song he wrote sucked and he knew it. "well we are adding that song in anyway" Barry said
"we just wanted to konw if it would be ok with the two of you. To share you story with the world" Dee Dee added
"we'll get actors to play you both of course" Barry added Emma sighed with relief she hated crowds.
"so this would be shown in New York?" Alyssa asked "not just that, Broadway" Barry said with Jazz hands
"well it would be nice to have more LGBQT in the media.." Alyssa said thinking
"one more thing Emma, we would love to use your song in our show" Barry said
"my song?" Emma said "the one I wrote? that would be... I would be honored"
"ok just because we love you guys AND because you've been working on this for so long and that's its LGBQT.. you have our permission" Alyssa said
"just one condition. You can't tell anyone where we live ok? I don't want news reporters at our house" Alyssa said
"also one last thing.. I will be given credit for my song that I wrote right?" Emma asked
"of course!" Barry said "we'll let you both konw everything about the show from now on we promise"
"we were just so excited about getting back in the biz I guess we just forgot to tell you" Dee Dee said "were sorry about that"
"that's alright" Emma said "we've been really busy too"
"as soon as the script gets written we'll send it to you so you can look it over, if theirs anything you want us to change just tell us" Barry said
"ok we will" Alyssa said "bye guys we love you" the face time ended. "wow.. I knew they were crazy but wow.."
"I konw" Emma said "it is kind of cool once you think about it" Alyssa smiled "yeah it kind of is"
