Emma and Alyssa were going to another ultrasound to see how the baby was developing.
Emma was lying on the exam table with a blue hospital gown on Alyssa was holding her hand. The doctor put some gel on her belly.
"ok the baby is developing nicely just keep taking those prenatal vitamins, eating healthy and getting enough sleep and exercise. Everything looks great" The doctor said
"Do you konw if it's a boy or a girl?" Alyssa asked
The doctor looked at the screen. "hm. I can't tell the baby is closing his legs just give me a minute"
a few minutes passed. "ok let's try this again. You baby is in fact a girl"
"that's so great" Alyssa said fighting back tears "we have a little girl"
"that's amazing" Emma said crying "were having a girl"
"how far along are you?" the doctor asked "six mouths" Emma said "things look really good so far." the Doctor said
