I slowly walk over to the woman. She pats the spot on the bed next to her. I slowly climb up and sit on the edge of the bed. I look over at the binder she has open and notice the top of the page says Harry Potter. My mouth opens slightly. I start to think of where I have seen this woman before, but it doesn't come to mind. She notices my facial expression and smiles at me. She says, "Are you a Harry Potter fan Laura?" I'm still in shock, so I just nod my head. "I noticed." She says laughing slightly. As I'm listening to her laugh I realize I've heard her laugh before. "What character are you playing?" I ask, hoping I'm not prying. I must have been wearing my emotions on my sleeve because she responds, "You aren't prying and I'm playing Bellatrix Lestrange. I then look at her with my mouth open again. She laughs at my facial expression for a moment and then says "Yes Laura. I'm Helena Bonham Carter."

Laura slowly makes her way over to the bed and I pat the spot next to me. Laura slowly climbs up onto the bed and sits on the edge. She looks over at the binder I have open in front of me. It's my binder with my script in it. I notice her looking at the top of the page of the script I am reading. I notice her mouth slightly opening. I notice she seems deep in thought. While noticing her facial expression, I ask "Are you a Harry Potter fan Laura?" She slowly nods her head in response. "I noticed." I say laughing slightly. She then suddenly gets lost in thought again at the sound of my laugh. She then asks, "Who are you playing." I notice that she is feeling like she is prying into something that isn't her business. I reply by saying "You aren't prying and I'm playing Bellatrix Lestrange." I then notice her facial expression again. She is looking at me with her mouth slightly open. I laugh slightly and reply "Yes Laura, I'm Helena Bonham Carter."

I look at Helena with shock on my face. She looks at me and laughs and says, "Laura, you look like you've seen the ghost of the Bloody Barron." I then laugh. I want to get to know you, Laura. Where are your parents? " I tell her in a soothing voice, hoping she will trust me. Her answer to my question shocks me. "I don't have any. They died when I was young and no one else wanted me." "That's so sad. I'm so sorry, honey." Helena says, extending her arms out to me. I move so that she can wrap her arms around me in a hug. Something I have never gotten before. "What is your favorite Harry Potter movie and book?" Helena asks. "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban." I reply. "What's your favorite color?" "Blue and black." I reply. "What's your favorite animal?" "A horse." I answer. We continue doing this for a while until we run out of questions to ask and answer. Once we finish asking each other questions, Helena asks me, "Do you want to help me go over my lines?" "I'd love to." I reply. After a while of helping Helena run her lines, we decide to take a break. "You are great at acting. Have you ever considered doing it as a career?" Helena asks. "I don't think I'm good enough. Helena then asks "Laura, would you like to come with me to the set tomorrow?" "I don't want to be in the way." I say, "You won't be trust me. I've told a bunch of my friends about you and they are dying to meet you." "Okay it would be cool." "Awesome. We will be leaving early in the morning." Helena says. All of a sudden I hear a door open from downstairs. "Helena, mom, we're home." I hear voices. One is an adult male the other two sound like children. "I'll be down in a minute. I want you all to meet someone." Helena says. Helena and I then walk down the stairs; she signals me to stop. I stand in the hallway up against the wall. Helena walks into the living room. I can hear her talking to the kids, asking them about their day. I then hear her talking to the adult male. I hear her telling him about me. She then comes into the hallway and takes my hand. She leads me into the living room where I see two young children, a boy who looks about eight and a girl who looks about six. "Tim, Billy, Nell this is Laura" "Hi Laura I'm Nell." the little girl says, running up to me and giving me a hug. I hug the little girl back, feeling rude if I don't. "Hi, I'm Billy." The young boy says, extending his hand. I take his hand and say "It's nice to meet you Billy." Tim looks at me with a look I can't quite figure out. I'm starting to feel uncomfortable and Helena must have sensed it because she said "Who wants pizza for dinner?" "Me." Both kids cry. "If it's okay, I'm going to skip dinner. I'm not hungry." I say. I notice Helena look at me with a look of concern on her face. "Are you sure Laura?" "I'm sure." I say.

Laura is looking at me in total shock, so I decide to make a joke and say "Laura you look like you've seen the ghost of the Bloody Barron." She then starts to laugh. I then decided to ask her about herself. "I want to get to know you Laura. Where are your parents?" I tell her in a soothing voice, hoping she will trust me. The answer she gives me shocks me. "I don't have any. They died when I was young and no one else wanted me." "That's so sad. I'm so sorry honey." I say. I then extend my arms out to her to give her a hug, to show her I care. She moves over so I am able to give her a hug. I feel her body tense a little, making me think she hasn't been shown this kind of affection in a long time. I then decided to ask her questions. "What is your favorite Harry Potter book and movie?" She replies, "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban." "What is your favorite colour?" I ask her. "blue and black." She says. "What is your favorite animal?" I ask. "A horse." she replies. We continue to ask each other questions until we run out of questions to ask each other. After a while I ask her, "Do you want to help me run my lines?" "I'd love to." She says, getting excited. While she is helping me run my lines. I realize how good she is at acting. It is also apparent to me how well she knows Harry Potter. After a while of having her help me, I say "you are really good at acting. Have you ever considered doing it as a career?" I don't think I'm good enough. She replies. One thing I've noticed about the young girl in front of me is that she has a very low self-esteem. I then ask her, "Laura, would you like to come to the set with me tomorrow?" "I wouldn't want to be in the way." She says. "You won't be trust me. I've told a bunch of my friends about you and they are dying to meet you." I tell her. "Okay it would be cool." Laura tells me. "Awesome. We will be leaving early in the morning." I say. Suddenly, I hear the front door open. "Helena, mom, we're home." I hear Tim and the kids. "I'll be down in a minute. I want you all to meet someone." I say. I figure now is a time good as any to introduce Laura to Tim and the kids. We then walk down the stairs. As we are walking down the hall, I signal for Laura to stop. She does as told. I walk into the living room and I ask Billy and Nell, "How was school?" "Good," they both reply. I then turn to Tim and ask, "How did filming go today?" "It was good, just busy." he replies. "Tim, I want to talk to you." I say my tone serious. "What about?" he asks. "I was walking out of work today and I saw this poor girl sitting on the curb in the pouring rain. She looks like she hasn't eaten in months." I say. "So what did you do?" Tim asks, curious. I then go into the hallway and get Laura. I offer her my hand, which she takes and I lead her into the living room. "Tim, Billy, Nell this is Laura." "Hi Laura, I'm Nell." Nell then runs up to Laura and hugs her. I notice Laura seems a little uncomfortable, but hugs Nell back. "Hi Laura I'm Billy." My son says, introducing himself and extending his hand. Laura takes his hand and says, "It's nice to meet you, Billy." I notice Tim looking at Laura with a weird look on his face. I can tell Laura notices and is uncomfortable, so I decide to change the subject. "Who wants pizza for dinner?" I ask. "Me." Billy and Nell cry. "If it's okay, I'm going to skip dinner. I'm not hungry." Laura says. I look at her with concern on my face. "Are you sure Laura?" I ask. "I'm sure." she replies.
