(You read the title you know what's to come I advise you ALL to grab some tissues, a fuzzy blanket, ice cream, stuffed animals, huggles from a loved one, and some sappy music because there's gonna be an ocean of tears)

Everything has a cost, but we just don't know it. God, or whatever is up there is watching from a throne of his own as fate lines up exactly as it should, for better or worse. When Bruce snapped his fingers, everyone came back but with what cost? Would everyone, or what would everyone be willing to sacrifice for the sake of the world? After all, they are in the fight of their lives, and they are the only ones in the entire universe who can be enough to save everyone against the purple mad titan.

When Peter was officially dubbed an official Avenger, he vowed to fight the battles that others never could. So when he came back to the compound being blown to smithereens and seeing the villain who killed him and half of the population to say he was mad, is an understatement.

He was ready to defeat Thanos once and for all. So, when he activated instant kill and slayed every alien in his path with the gauntlet in his possession, he knew what had to happen. And so did Tony when he took it from him and flew off before Thanos started battling with Tony.

Peter had known the outcomes of what happened 5 years ago and didn't want to make that mistake again. He joined Tony trying to fend off Thanos from getting the gauntlet and destroying all of the world's population this time. Dr. Strange warned Tony telling him he couldn't tell him the outcome otherwise it would not happen. For better or worse.

So Peter made a plan and went with it. He and Tony struggled with Thanos and ultimately Tony was shocked to see Thanos about to snap his fingers, he thought this is it, it's all over. "I am inevitable." He said snapping but nothing happened until Tony looked back at Peter.

Peter had the stones in his nanotech suit with his hand raised you could tell the radiation was hurting him severely Tony was frozen he felt like he was paralyzed and couldn't move only watch.

As the boy he grew to love as a son held all the power of the stones he couldn't help but feel proud and heartbroken all at once. "And I...am your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man."

A split second before Peter snapped Tony screamed. But it was too late. This wasn't supposed to happen. Strange thought but he couldn't do anything and neither could the team.

Then the fight was over. Thanos and his allies started to disappear turning to dust just as the hero's did five years before but it's finally over.

Tony rushed over to Peter kneeling beside him as he heard his uneven breaths Peter was completely detached from the world. "Peter, hey, can you hear me?"

"It's Tony, we did it kiddo, we won."

Tears were slipping down Tony's cheeks as he was talking to Peter, "I'm so sorry Peter, I love you."

Tony leaned in and Peter muttered the words, "Don't be sorry Mr. Stark I just wanted to be like you." Then he watched helplessly as the light was drained from Peter's eyes.

Peter died a hero doing what he loved helping the little guys and wanting everyone to be kind to each other.

(I cried writing this.)
