Chapter 109: Avatar Part 2

Ever since Peter, Tony, and Mia watched Avatar the Last Airbender. They wondered if there was a way to actually time travel, so Tony got the brilliant idea to make a time traveling machine to go to the avatar world. With help, Tony, Peter, and Mia worked hard for weeks, and eventually they finished building it.

Today was the day, they were testing out their time machine. If it didn't work, then, they'd erase themselves from all of existence. Of course, that would be a terrible peril, Peter and Mia would probably never forgive Tony if he erased them from the face of the earth.

They stepped through the machine and walked out into a crowd of people, they looked around, and came to the conclusion that they were in the Upper Ring in Ba Sing Se. One observation they made was everyone had green colored clothes, and the second was the giant palace they were standing only a few feet away.

They knew their clothes wouldn't work in this environment, so they went to a store and changed. (Of course they paid.) Soon they began walking around and enjoying the sights, when they saw a group of kids walk into a tea shop. Mia looked at the sign and read: The Jasmine Dragon, they walked in and saw the gaang sitting at a table smiling and laughing.

They sat down and began to have a conversation, the other group noticed them, and Aang, being Aang, came over to them and introduced himself to them. "Hi there! I'm Aang." He said.

"You're the avatar!" Mia exclaimed.

"Yes, I am! And those are my friends, Katara, Sokka, Toph, Suki, and Zuko." The other kids waved and were smiling at them.

"I'm Peter, this is Mia, and that's our guardian Tony." Peter greeted.

"Would you like to sit with us?" Katara asked.

Mia and Peter looked at Tony and he nodded, then they moved over to the other table and sat with the group. "So are you guys new? I've never seen you around my uncle's tea shop before." Zuko said.

"Yeah we're new to Ba Sing Se, well, to everywhere honestly." Tony told the kids.

"Let's just say we aren't from this world." Peter said, to help it make more sense.

"Are you aliens?!" Sokka shouted.

Suki smacked her boyfriend's arm, "Sokka, they're people. Besides, aliens aren't real."

"Yeah, well, if spirits exist then aliens do too!" Sokka exclaimed.

The group shook their heads, and decided to get on Appa and fly back to Fire Nation Palace. Where Zuko lived, it took a few hours but overall the trip was worth it. Once they got there Peter wanted to show everyone his powers, so he came up with a prank.

Excusing himself from the kids and Mr. Stark, he climbed up onto the ceiling of the room they were in, and used his web shooters and hung down. He made sure he wasn't able to be seen, he called out to Katara. "Hey Katara." He said.

Katara looked at the door but didn't see her new found friend, "Peter? Where are you?" She asked.

"Look up." Everyone (except Toph, because she's blind.) glanced up and saw Peter smiling at them and hanging upside down, Sokka shouted and grabbed his boomerang. "Ahhh alien!"

"Sokka it's just Peter, how did you get up there?" Aang asked.

"I have powers, they're not bending abilities, but they're something." Peter replied.

"What are your powers then web head?" Toph asked.

Peter began to explain, "I was bitten by a radioactive spider, my powers include intense strength, quick reflexes, a sixth sense where I can sense danger, and a little bit of super speed if you wanna call it that."

"That's so cool! You're like a Spider-Boy!" Sokka said in awe.

"Where I'm from they call me Spider-Man."

"Do you have powers Mia?" Zuko asked.

"Nope, I'm just a boring old human." Mia replied.

After they talked some more Tony told the kids it was time to go, and so they bid their farewells. And said goodbye to their newly found friends, which they hoped to meet again. They were happy the time machine worked and didn't erase them out of existence, now all they had to do was figure out how to travel to the Harry Potter universe.
