Audrey's POV

"Hey Mama." I say while on FaceTime.

"Hey babygirl." My mom says with a smile. "Did you get down to camp okay?"

"Yeah. I got to the hotel an hour ago and I've been unpacking."

"Good. Who's your-"

"Hey Audrey." Mom's husband says.

I stay silent.

I don't like Mom's husband. He's standing in the way of Mom being happy, he doesn't treat her well, and he cheats.

"I see you still don't like me."

"Ya think." I say as Mom's husband leaves.

"Audrey." Mom says in a warning tone.

"What?"

"Just put up with him a little while longer then we're both free."

"Okay."

"Enough family stuff...Who are you rooming with?"

"Ash." I say with a smile.

"He put you with your favorite."

"Yeah...are you coming to the games?"

"Yes baby. I wouldn't miss it for the world."

"Do you think I'll play?"

"Possibly."

"Okay."

"Well I have to go to a meeting so I'll see you in a couple days." Mom says.

"Okay. I love you."

"I love you Babygirl."

"Bye Mama."

"Bye Audrey." Mom says then we hang up.

After I hang up I decide to shower and change out of my flying clothes. Once I'm clean and dressed I come out of the bathroom and see my roommate with her back to me as her wife sits on the bed. Ali notices me and smiles, but I put my finger to my lips signaling her to be quiet and she nods. I then walk up to Ash and tap her on the shoulder

"Yes." Ash says and turns around.

When she sees it's me her jaw drops.

"AUDREY." Ash yells then she pulls me into a bone crushing hug.

"Hi Ashy."

"What are you doing here?" Ash asks.

"I'm your roommate."

"You got called up?" Ali asks.

"I guess so."

"Well I need to change my shirt then we can go to dinner so I'll be back." Ash says and goes to the bathroom.

While Ash changes her shirt I go and sit down next to Ali.

"Sorry we couldn't make the wedding." I say. "We had some family issue's."

"It's okay." Ali says and hugs me. "Everything okay?"

"No, but it will be soon."

"Come on Munchkin." Ash says.

Ali and I get off the bed and follow Ash into the hallway. Once in the hallway I jump on Ash's back and wrap my legs around her.

"I knew you'd do that." Ash says.

"You were one of the only ones who let me." I say as I rest my head on Ash's. "You still smell like the ocean."

"Aww." Ali coo's.
