Audrey's POV

"Hey Audrey." My friend says then she smiles at me over FaceTime.

"Hey Maya." I say. "How're the playoffs going?"

"Good." Mal's girlfriend says. "We're in the Finals and we play Seattle."

"Is Sue still playing for Seattle?" I question. 

"Yeah this is her last year."

"Good." I say. "Beat her ass."

"You still hate them huh?" Maya questions with a smile.

"Hate is such a strong word." I say.

"Audrey." Maya warns.

"I'm not lying." I say.

"Mhmm." Maya says and gives me the 'i know you're lying' look.

"Hey Maya can I ask you something kinda personal?"

"Of course."

"Does sex with Mal feel different to you then when we had sex?" I ask. "I know it's different on a physical level, but I mean like emotionally and mentally."

"Honestly yeah it does." Maya says. "A lot different."

"I noticed that too after Daan and I's first time." I say. "...I guess you and I found our soulmates."

"I guess so." Maya says and chuckles. "You ready to testify tomorrow?"

"Not in the slightest." I admit. "You?"

"Nope." Maya says. "Luckily we get to call in so we don't have to see him."

"Seriously." I say. "I still can't believe that judge believed his lies."

"I know." Maya says.

"Audi you ready to go?" Daan asks.

"Yeah." I say.

"Who's on the...oh Hi Maya." Daan says and smiles.

"Hiya." Maya says.

"MAYA BREAKFAST." I hear Mal yell.

"Bye Maya." I say.

"Bye Audrey, Bye Daan."

"Bye." My girlfriend says then I hang up. "So sex with me is different huh?"

"Very different." I admit. "After our first time back in Washington I realized that what Maya and I did was basically fooling around while what we do is making love."

"Aww." Daan says then she pecks my lips. "Keep that up and you may be getting lucky tonight."

"But right now we have to get to training." My girlfriend says then I nod.

"Alright." I say then I kiss my girlfriend.

Daan and I kiss for a while until Balto interrupts us by barking.

"Balto." I whine. "Why you gotta cock block me?"

"Come on Audi." Daan whispers. "Let's get to training."

We just got done with training for the day.

"Nope." I say as I put my AirPods in.

"What's going on?" Tierna asks.

"I have to testify against my captor in..." I say and check my watch. "Two minutes so if you don't wanna hear the details of my kidnapping then leave now."
