I let the axe slip from my hands and fall to the ground.

"Okay," I said quietly and propped her up so she was sitting up.

"Glenn?" I heard Becca say.

"Ya Bec?"

"Can you do me a favor?"

"Of course." I took her hand.

"Go find Alice. She's at some safe zone. She has someone who wants to meet you. I can't remember the name of the place. It was a name. Alex, Alexandra, something like that."

"I thought you said you weren't with her," I said confused.

"I lied. I'm sorry. I didn't want to have to think about her. I love you Glennie," she said. She hasn't called me that in years.

"I love you more little sister," I replied and cradled her dying body in my arms.

Soon, she was gone. I put her down so she wouldn't turn.

The next day, we had a burial for her.

When it was over, I found Maggie. "She said my sister was at some place called the Alexandria safe zone. We need to find it."

She nodded in agreement.

"Daddy?" Scout came running up.

"Yes honey?"

"Will you pay dolls with me?" She asked.

"Scout, I think daddy needs a little space right now. Sophia can play with you," Maggie said.

"Sorry." Scout gave me a kiss on the cheek and went to find Sophia.

I felt a small hand grab mine and I turned.

"I'm so sorry daddy," Emmie said and crawled into my lap.

"She wanted to go," I said.

It has been three months since we started looking for the Alexandria safe zone. I can just feel that we are close.

I was laying in a tent with Maggie.

"Glenn!" She said quickly.

"What? What's wrong?" I said franticly.

She pulled up her shirt and placed my hand in her stomach.

I waited for a minute and then felt a kick from the baby.

"Did you feel that?" Maggie asked excited.

"Yep!" I said. I kissed her stomach and then her.

"I can't wait for this baby to be out!" She said. "Being pregnant is the worst!"

"Two and a half more months!" I said happily.

"Daddy! Daddy! Daddy!" Emmie rushed in the tent.

"What?"

"Carol told me that she checked the calendar, and my birthday was two weeks ago! I'm nine now!" She was so hyper.

"Woah! That's so cool!" I said.

"That means Harper is one and a half now," she said. As if on cue, Harper ran in. Yes, she can walk and say things like: mama, dada, and basic stuff.

"Mama!" Harper squealed and jumped onto Maggie's lap. She pointed to the baby bump.

"That's a baby, can you say baby?" Maggie said.

"Ba....b..y," she stuttered.

I was about to cheer her on when I heard gunshots.

"PUT THE GUN DOWN!" I heard Rick yell.

I exited the tent to see what was happening.
