At this moment in time, four sequels are completed, one is currently being written, and one is being currently published. Here, you can see my updating about other characters' sequels. Every time I come out with a new sequel or finish one, I will update its progress here.
As of January 28th, 2024, this entire book (Insatiable (Yandere boys x reader)) is being rewritten, currently at about Chapter 20. The main boys/plot will remain mostly the same, with a few notable exceptions to tweek - primarily the writing style/point of view/character development. Along with that, I will also be focusing on the tone and adding in more clues/foreshadowing for those of you that like the prolonged mystery. It will impact nothing in the sequels.
I may also change the cover of the book, largely in part because Haru's/Orion's, Takuya's/Kota's, and Akari/Narahashi/maybe etc. book designs - by far - outshine it. For the same reason, you may have to keep an eye on Yamato's/Sora's/maybe etc., Rei's/Kazuki's/Ichiro's, and Shota's/Ryota's/Hotaka's book covers.
When completed, I will release all update at the same time and make an announcement on my message board.
At this current moment in time:
Yamato's sequel has been completed, titled "Macabre Moonlight (Yandere Yakuza x Reader)". The cover may be changed.
Rei's sequel has been completed, titled "Our Strange Duet (Yandere Modern Princes x Reader)". The cover may be changed.
Shota's sequel is completed (with the exception of the Q&A), titled "Prisoner's Conviction (Yandere Detective x Reader x Yandere Heirs)". The cover may be changed.
Haru's sequel is completed (with the exception of the Q&A), titled "In Sickness And In Health (Yandere Genius x Reader x Yandere Prince)". I love the cover.
Takuya's sequel is published, and currently updating, "Storm In A Teacup (Yandere Heir x Reader x Yandere Idol)". I love the cover.
Akari's, Narahashi's, and our mysterious serial killer (???)'s sequel is unpublished, but is in the early productions of writing, likely not to be published until the others above are completed for better anticipation and teasing at my personal pleasure. It will likely be titled "Icarus (Yandere Serial Killers x Reader)" and its book cover has been completed as well as become my favorite design.

Possible sequels in consideration (not guaranteed):
Yusei's sequel is unpublished/unstarted but the book cover has been completed.
(???)'s "accomplice's" sequel is unpublished/unstarted.
Kazuki's Ending Sequel (with Ichiro as a rival) is unpublished but has been started. Its book cover is not in progress.
