I park the car and get out. Clay seems nervous.
'Calm down. Nothing scary is going to happen.' I say.
We walk in and I glance at the phone.

I lead Clay to the right place and I look around.
'Who are we looking for?' Clay asks, trying to get an answer as I look through the busy crowd of people.
The airport is packed, even this early.

'You'll see.'
We're at arrival, in the place where we'd meet him.
Then I spot him, and I smile brightly.

He made it.

Clay notices and looks where I'm looking.
His hold tightens on my hand.
'I-is that...'

His eyes are wide with shock.

'George!'
Now Clay lets go, and rushes through the crowd of people.
George's name having been heard by him as he looks around.
He doesn't know what Clay looks like yet.

I chuckle at Clay's puppy like reaction and head after him.

George notices me and waves, completely oblivious to the fact that Clay walks close by.
I point towards Clay 'gray shirt green jacket!' I say loud enough.
He follows the direction my finger is pointing in and he searches for my description,
But before he can find Clay, Clay reaches him.

I take out my phone and take a picture as Clay engulfs George in a hug.
Clay laughs in excitement and happiness.
'I can't believe it.' He says as he pulls back.

I reach them too.
'You're present has arrived.' I say.
George studies Clay's face, making me chuckle.
'You asked me if he was ugly a while back. Now you can answer that yourself.'
'Ugly as I said back then.' George says jokingly, making himself and Clay laugh after.

'Ahw come on Georgie. Be nice.' Clay says as he nudges him.

I drive us to a place to get breakfast, as Clay and George are in the backseat.
I smile as I see them laugh in the rear view mirror.
Clay telling the most ridiculous stories and jokes.

It was right to make this decision.

After breakfast I drive us home.
The outhouse has been renovated, and Clay tells George how it can be his tiny holiday home.
But little do they know, as we arrive home, that there would be another person waiting.

We get out, and I see that Clay notices the unknown red car parked at the side of the road close by our house.
I had said where the extra key was hidden so the person could go in.

Instead of unlocking the door, I ring the doorbell and step aside.
Clay looks at me in confusion until the door opens.

'Ah Yes, How may I help you?'
Clays face lights up and Nick gives him a goofy grin.
'Nick?! You're here too?' Clay asks laughing.

Nick ignores him, making his way to George.
'Goggy!'

They hug and later Clay gets pulled in as well.
I slip inside and make my way to the living room where patches cautiously walks in, scared by the commotion outside.
'Don't worry hun.' I mumble as I pat her head, making my way to the kitchen.

I want to get some drinks ready, but before I can,
I get turned around, lifted up, set down on the counter, and kissed.
Its messy and quick, but I can feel the smile on clays lips.

'You're fucking everything. I love you so much, thank you.' He says before kissing my cheek.
I chuckle and run my hand through his messy hair, moving the blonde locks back in place.
'I said I'd outdo last year.' I say with a grin.

'You'd never be able to outdo this every again.' He says chuckling.
'We'll see.'
