Legit, It's 2:46 AM when I started writing this. And I have to wake up at 10 AM sharp. I'm very mature.

Enjoy!

There was something bothering you.

No, it wasn't the overly crowd of people...

Or the noisy cheers...

It was the one who was sitting on the throne...someone who was wearing a way too large crown for her head.

Queen Historia.

She was smiling at her people, waving innocently. Everywhere, soldiers were at their post, keeping a keen eye out for anyone who was suspicious looking. Anyone who looks like they could kill the new queen. Over your dead body. You were right beside her, as her personal guard.

She stood up and started to walk away. You followed her while the other soldiers led the public out of the castle grounds.

"Your majesty." You called. "Are you in need of anything? A drink? Snack?"

Historia turned to you and smiled. "(y/n). I may be queen, but you're still my friend. You can still call me Historia." You timidly smiled.

In the end, she asked for tea, with Erwin and Levi's Squad. The maids prepared the room and the necessities while you stood near the window. Historia's guests started to pile up and Historia greeted them all like how she used to during their Trainee days.

"(y/n), why don't you sit down with us?" Erwin offered.

"Thank you, Commander. But I'll stay in my post." You nodded your head.

Historia giggled and turned to you. "Still diligent as always. I really like that about you, you know?"

You smiled at her.

After reminding Historia of her schedule for tomorrow, you blew out her candles and headed for the door. "Sleep peacefully, my queen." You bowed deeply.

"Good night, (y/n)." Historia yawned before she turned to her side. You closed the door and stood outside her room.

Well...this was awkward. You were being too formal around her....even though she's been your lover for four months....that was until Ymir was taken by Reiner and Bertolt. Who knows where those three are. Their names were now erased in every parchment and book there is, everybody chose to forget about those three...including Historia. Not you, though. You kept thinking about those three, paranoid that they would come for Historia...for your queen.

"(y/n), can we go to Shiganshina for the day? I've always wanted to visit." Historia said.

You checked her schedule in a piece of parchment. "You are free this afternoon, your highness. But in the evening, you have a meeting with the respective Commanders of the four platoons." You said. Historia grinned and took a pair of trousers and a comfy shirt before she headed to a changing room. She got out wearing the outfit she took and her hair in a ponytail. She took your hand and dragged you out to the horses.

"You don't want to take the carriage, your grace?" You chuckled.

"I miss riding horses and feeling the breeze brush against my face. Come on, (y/n)! We don't have all day!" She mounted her horse and waited for you to mount yours. When you did, you both began to venture.

An hour later, you both reached Shiganshina, the people you passed bowed low for Historia. She blessed new born's and played with the children there. You carried her to the top of the walls with your 3DMG and you both walked as the sun began to set.

"Today has been fun...I rarely see the sun this beautiful." Historia said. You sighed and wrapped your arms around her shoulders, you placed your chin on her head and stared at the horizon.

"Are you still thinking about her?"

You heard Historia sigh. "She's gone, (y/n). We all know that." You continued to talk about Ymir, but Historia dropped it, saying that she was starting to get tired.

In the end, you had to cancel her meeting with the commanders. Upon your arrival back to Wall Sina, Historia got a cold and a terrible headache. You carried her to her room and took care of Historia.

You sighed heavily and looked out at the window. You saw three silhouettes. Two belonged to men and the other looked like a woman's.

Your eyes narrowed at them before you closed the curtains.

Historia doesn't need her anymore.

Forgive me for making this so bad. It's 3 AM when I finished.

I'm not sleepy but I'm tired as shit.

Until then, be Humanity's Hope, Trainees!

Sylvia-Danchou is out, peace!
