As you ate dinner, your eyes followed a certain raven haired girl from across the room. She was always hanging out with Jaeger and Arlert, even after joining the Survey Corps. Of course, following your heart means joining the Survey Corps in order to be closer to the girl.
You didn't understood the feeling you got everytime you looked at the girl. You were certain to get her name, introduce yourself and might become more than friends.
Thankfully, God granted your first wish. You overheard someone call the girl of your dreams, 'Mikasa Ackerman'. The name was music to your ears and you made sure to say the name several times a day to not forget it.
Now, to introduce yourself...
After training, one day, Mikasa decided to walk around the training grounds alone since either Arlert nor Jaeger was around. You hid behind things as you followed Mikasa around.
However, she noticed you and kicked the barrel you were hiding behind. Your whole body shook in fear, but it evaporated when you looked up to see a face of beauty.
"W-why are you following me?! Y-you're not a pervert... Aren't you?!" Mikasa cried. You violently shook your head and your hands. Indicating no.
"I-I'm not a p...pervert! I swear to god! I-I was just... uhm." you stuttered as you started to sweat.
"You what?" Mikasa glared, you gulped and stood up, dusting off the dirt from your uniform.
"I-I just wanted to introduce myself, I'm (y/n) (l/n)!" you said with a grin plastered on your face. Mikasa blushed and turned away, "you're... Mikasa Ackerman right? You ranked 1 in the Top 10 Trainees Squad, right? I really like you y'know!" you added. Mikasa turned around and continued walking, you decided to walk with her.
"W-why are you following me?!" Mikasa said.
"Well, one, I want to know you better, two, my parents said to always follow your dreams!" You smiled even more when Mikasa's face became as bright as a tomato.
"W-whatever! D-do what you want!" Mikasa 'hmphed' and walked faster, you chuckled and caught up to her.
