Gabriel's shoulder ached. He hadn’t even left a dent in the metal door. The Archangel had been examining the door's hinges, trying to find weak spots but he hadn't had any luck.

Crowley sat on the bed, his amber orange gaze fixed on Aziraphale. The angel hadn't spoken in….Crowley had no idea how much time had passed. His watch was broken. His husband was lying on his side staring straight ahead with a blank look on his face.

"Angel….are you warm enough?" Crowley had covered Aziraphale with the blankets and his coat. Aziraphale didn't answer. Crowley laid his head against Aziraphale's shoulder.

"Everything is going to be okay angel." Crowley rasped. What else could he say?

"Daddy? Papa? Gabe? Where are you guys? Please answer me…."

Aziraphale sat up slowly as Crowley did a double take. Could it be?

"Eden?" Aziraphale called out hoarsely. "Little One is that you?"

A round face and a pair of blue serpentine eyes greeted the fathers anxious gazes.

"Hey." Eden smiled. "Let's go home shall we?"
