Chapter 34

       I woke up hungover and Katya arranged for us to have ivs done to cure the hangovers while we eat room service for breakfast. When we were done we drove back home we dropped Camille and Asia off before heading to the estate when I got through the front door Alessandro hugged me " can you go take a shower and get dressed quick I want to take you somewhere " I nod before adding " can you drop me off after I have an appointment " he nods and I go up to my room .

           After I showered and changed I joined aless in his car and started driving " I have a girlfriend " Alessandro says shocking me " she has a five year old daughter " I nod " for how long ?" " officially 8 months unofficially 10 months " "wow does anyone else know " " no" " does she know about the mafia " he nods " the father of her daughter was from a mafia family she hasn't told me who he was just that he was killed and she won't tell me to protect her daughter which I respect " .

         Wow I can't believe Alessandro  has had a girlfriend this whole time " how did you meet " " she was a teacher at the high school last year Alessio got in trouble with her and I had to have a meeting and we'll yeah" I nod smiling " you love her " he smiles " yeah I want to marry her she's the love of my life and I love her daughter before you were back they helped heal some of the open wound" " I'm excited to meet her "

 
         We pull up to Friendly's a chain restaurant for families. A hostess greets us as we walk in I see a women and a little girl with their backs to us as we get to the table i turn and look at the woman and gasp "Selena " she looks at me in shock "Noa omg I can't believe it your here " sel says hugging me " who's this" I say looking at the little girl

       She looks scared and I instantly know why
" she's Jairos" I say with a smile and she nods
Alessandro than says "how do you know each other " we sit down and I say " Selena was engaged to my cousin Jairo he was Javier's older brother " Alessandro looks shocked " I found out I was pregnant after what happened I was so afraid of the people who hurt Jairo and your family would come after her so I gave her my last name and moved to the US"

       I can't believe theirs a living piece of Jairo right here . Jairo ,Javier ,Diego and I were always so close we were with all our cousins but the bond  was different with us . " I named her after you I named her Novaella and I call her nova " Selena continues  " how do you know Alessandro and why are you in New York ."" Noa is my sister the one I told you about " ales says before I tell her my story and catch  her up on what happened after the massacre till now and how nova is safe .

         "So Javi and Diego are here in New York " sel ask " yes do you want to see them I still have sometime before my appointment " I reply " omg yes Ive missed you all  so much and I want nova to meet her family " ales pays before we get into the car I take ales car and he drives Selena's as they follow me to Javi and Diego place they both have the day off so I know their home .

           I pull in to the driveway and park. Ales Selena and nova follow me to the front door . I walk right in and yell " tweedle Dee and tweedle dumb where are you " I hear the sounds of the running down the stairs and into the kitchen they stop short when they see Selena " omg I'm hallucinating Javi I totally see sel " Diego says " no I see her too " " I've missed you boys so much " Selena says hugging them .

           " mami  he looks like papi " nova says slightly hiding behind Alessandro Javi looks at her and starts crying softly Selena introduces them and nova hugs Javi and Diego it's crazy to see them I wish Jairo was here to see it .

            I had to leave to my appointment taking ales car . I have therapy it's always scary going back after a long time but a lot has happened since the last time and I need to process it in a healthy way .
