after finishing the cake jisung had bought for minho's mom, the two decided it was best to turn in early due to their upcoming return trip. jisung and minho settled into their respective beds, with minho on his phone to remind everyone of their early morning flight and jisung beginning to doze off.

after sending his message, minho placed his phone on the bedside table and glanced at jisung to ensure he was sleeping comfortably.

"hopefully he'll feel better tomorrow," he mumbled to himself, his concern evident in his voice as he worried about jisung's condition.

minho's worries extended beyond just jisung's illness. he was also concerned about the possibility of jisung experiencing another panic attack due to his fear of heights during their flight. the thought of not being able to comfort him made minho uneasy. despite his concerns, minho found himself getting drowsy, eventually drifting off to sleep himself.

-----

it was five in the morning when minho's alarm went off, the sound echoing inside the hotel room. he let out an audible groan, sitting up from his place to turn off the alarm. as he glanced at jisung to see if he was still sleeping, he couldn't help but chuckle. "such a heavy sleeper," he remarked, observing jisung sprawled out in bed, mouth slightly open with drool escaping.

minho decided to take a shower first before waking up jisung. their check-out time from the hotel was at 7:30, and they had an early schedule at the airport. room service had also been scheduled in advance for their departure around 7:00.

after a quick shower, minho emerged from the bathroom with just a towel wrapped around his waist. he intended to change into his pilot uniform, but a soft knock on the door interrupted him. a voice accompanied the knock, announcing, "room service."

as minho approached the door, he noticed rustling coming from the other bed. turning his attention to it, he saw jisung sitting up, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "good morning, minnn," jisung greeted with a yawn.

minho mumbled a small "good morning" in return before opening the door to let the attendant in.

with the door open, jisung's attention was drawn to the attendant who was bringing in their food. the attendant seemed a bit nervous as she stammered, "should i put it here, sir?" she motioned toward the table.

minho replied, "ah, yes. just put it there."

jisung observed the entire interaction with a growing frown on his face. thoughts raced through his mind, and he couldn't help but feel irritated by the lady's behavior.

'why does she keep staring at minho?' jisung thought to himself, his discomfort evident as he noticed the woman's apparent fixation on minho.

"is that all you need, sir? m-maybe you might have more requests?" the lady asked, her gaze remaining fixed on minho, seemingly oblivious to jisung's presence.
