The Fourth Poem: Stop

I need to stop

Hoping for something

He's not into you

And never will

You need to stop

Stop the tears

Rejection is simple

You are just not good enough

You can't ever be

Good Enough

Whether you don't need someone

Or you got someone

I may as well

Give up this fight

I really really

Don't want to let you go

But if you have no interest in me

So why oh why

Do I still

Want to cry

My heart

Is still breaking

Why doesn't anyone

Want me

Is it my body shape

Is it my mindset

Is it just that I get too close

To you?

I got so close to you

I told you my feelings

But then you had to break my heart

Rejection Sucks

But especially from you

I let myself fall so hard

But you never cared at all

I am a just a friend to you

That's all I am to you

But what you did not know

Was that you took my heart

And went past all its walls

Just so I could fall

Rejection is simple
